Wells Fargo Home Mortgage Ripping Us Off. Des Moines, Iowa

husband and I have had Wells Fargo for about 13 years.  We recently got into debt about 2 years ago when I lost my job.  Wells Fargo  is more than willing to assist us in getting back on track.  Well it has been almost one year since we started getting back on track with Wells Fargo.  They have done NOTHING for us since to try to help.  They answer to everything is "we ran out of time".  Meanwhile the late charges are occurring and the "other charges are building also".    I don't understand with so many complaints against this massive company, they can take advantage of the little people who are willing to try to keep our homes , instead of them putting us out on the street.  WHO IS WILLING TO HELP US OUT TO HELP ALOT OF MIDDLE CLASS PEOPLE FROM LOSING THEIR HOMES.
