Wells Fargo Dealer Services Won't Supply Requested information for GAP coverage to pay Santa Ana California
My car was totalled on 01/08/2014. I called to request information be sent to me that the GAP insurance company needs to pay off the balance of the loan. Wells Fargo Rep tells me they can't send me information on Payment History showing principal and interest and they can't send me information on what my loan payoff amount was on 01/08/2014 because it is a date in the past and it is now a month later. Thanks Wells Fargo for not helping get the information now GAP Insurance Western Diversified won't pay because of missing information. Oh and your response it takes 5 business days to get something faxed or mailed out sucks.
