***If you have been scammed by Tunecore, and you can prove it with clear evidence (statements, emails, copies of account pages, etc.), please contact me at the following address, so we can start a class action on a contingency fee (meaning, you don't need to pay for these legal services until we win! Only if we win will the lawyers be taking their fees from the winnings!)Please email me at ******************.  ONLY SERIOUS AND TRUTHFUL STORIES PLEASE.

My story: I'm an upcoming musician-singer-songwriter, learning to navigate through the promotional and business side of the music industry.  I also happen to be a licensed attorney at law from another lifetime.

A few years ago I hired a manager to handle uploading all the music, photos, info etc onto promotional websites like ReverbNation, Jango, Earbits, and Tunecore, just to name a few of the ones out there.  There were a total of 10 websites circulating my music and info.  Without getting into the sordid details of his termination, he was fired and claimed to have forgotten or misplaced all the usernames and passwords to the music sites he had set up for me. I was forced to contact each site individually and explain why I needed access to my own music site which had his email as the contact email.  All but one site oblidged as soon as they heard the details.  That one site, which refused to give me access to my own page, was Tunecore.  And specifically, the woman who refused to help was Liz Morgan.  After several emails back and forth with Liz Morgan, it was obvious that she 1) didn't know the law, 2) didn't care that she was infringing on my rights, and 3) would do nothing to help.  Wondering if Tunecore had an arbitration clause for a future lawsuit, I started researching them.  I found numerous complaints of being scammed and cheated by them--countless stories of how musicians, all trying their best to make a living from their talent in an unforgiving industry, could not afford to sue Tunecore because of their fear of the attorneys costs.  So, of course, why not start my own class action helping other musicians on a contingency fee?  And here we are.
