I unfortunately found this company while looking for online computer support options. I called them and they told me they could repair my computer but would need to take charge of my laptop.

After giving them my credit card info, told me there was a problem and they would need me to pay with an echeck. I allowed them to work on my computer and after 2 hours told them that I had to leave to go to work. They assured me that they could complete repairs and that they would shut down my computer when done, and post contact info should I have any questions when I returned home.

When I got home, found that my computer was not repaired as advertised. They advertise 24/7 phone service, live chat and a money back guarantee. I tried calling them back a dozen times and no answer. I kept getting disconnected. I also tried contacting them via their live chat and could not get through to anyone. I have emailed them several times and no response. This is a total scam. They have also since charged my bank despite my attempts to call, email and contact them. I have since, researched this business and there are many other complaints about them.
