From day 1 of posting my first complain on this site it has been nothing but consent harassment.  They never give up so i'll just have to keep ignoring them.  I don't know why people target me so much.

If you are recording a police officer do not let them know you are.  Even if it is legal.  There have been too many situations of officers taking recording equipment away from citizens under the pretense the citizen is "interferring" with their duties.   In fact do not let anyone know at the time you are recording them.  The best thing to do in any situation is to record, be polite to the other person (because you want to leave and copy your recording), walk away, go home and then upload the recording to your computer so you have a copy.  THEN make your formal complaint with your copy of the recording.   Then, no more disputes over who was right - it's all on the recording as proof.

I agree State Farm sucks.  They raised the homeowner rates on a friend of mine by double when she had no claims and no change in her credit rating.  It was all due to claims filed by other nearby homeowners living in million dollar plus homes - yet she got hit with rate increases.

Unfortunately as you have found out, getting mad at the agent wont help.  He/she is there just to sell the policy.  Claims and disputes have to be dealt with by the actual company that underwrites the policy.  And, as you have unfortunately discovered they are also paid to find any way possible not to pay out on your claim since their main responsibility is to their shareholders and investors and not to the people they actually insure.  A personal injury attorney can sometimes be a good idea if this is the case - check and see if they will take it on contingency as this is the best test of whether or not you have a strong case.

Unfortunately given the passage of time and expiration of any statute of limitations there is not anything I or anyone else can do to help you on this particular situation with State Farm.   Id like to make some recommendations in the interest of helping you going forward.

1. Buy a recorder best if it is one of those small audio visual ones that can be worn on a cord around your neck like a pendant you can tuck it into the top of your shirt and no one will be the wiser.   Make a habit of wearing this whenever you go out.   You can get one anywhere from $79 - $139.



2. Record important conversations (and video with the embedded camera as well if it makes sense).  



3. Since Alabama is a single party consent state you are OK to record the conversations of someone else without their knowledge.  Everyone else needs to check the laws for their own states.



4. Take pictures immediately if an accident and get written signed statements from any witnesses and ask to review any police reports before they are filed to dispute any inaccuracies.

 
Ultimately recording conversations should be a huge help to you as it will provide irrefutable evidence of what happened.   The law does not recognize that something is fact just because you say so even if what you are saying is true.  You need indisputable third party evidence and recording would provide that for you.

If you had actually read the bulk of Charles' rants on here, covering the past 10+ years, you would realize that he hasn't told a truthful fact in any of them.  Many of the people and companies he has lied about have come on here to give the real facts, and in some cases have actually taken legal action against this trouble maker. The boy is a nothing but a compulsive liar who causes problems wherever he goes, and then lies about it in order to gain sympathy. 

He has been thrown out of at least 2 doctor's offices, thrown out of K-Mart and Walmart as well as several other places of business, was not allowed to attend his own father's funeral because of his tantrums, was thrown out of high school due to his threatening of students and teachers, has defaulted on several loans and threatened the people who work at the banks, was thrown out of a neighborhood because he and his scamming mother violated the HOA's rules, has been arrested numerous times ( the Phenix City Police Dept. know him very well )............need I go on ???  There is so much more.  The archives here are filled with dozens of his posts admitting to all of these things and more.

What I do not understand is why you were dealing with the other persons insurance?  We  have had the same insurance company for 20+ years.  We have never had an accident but our kids have.  The first thing our agent told us is to never talk to the other insurance company.

Everytime i think things are going to work out, something bad always happens to prevent the "GOOD" to happen in my life.  Then things get in the way for things to be even worse.  Why is this happening i don't deserve any of these bad things to happen.

I realize the chances of this being correct is about one in a million.  But I'm no expert on Charles' crazy ramblings, and I know some of you have probably read all of them, because they're pretty entertaining.  So for those of you who have read all of them, is there any sort of pattern?  Are they all one type of business that charles jumps in about? or maybe businesses owned by the same company?

Because it is d**n near impossible for a company to have a post removed, but charles is the next best thing.  If I owned a business, and somebody was discrediting it on the internet for the world so see, I would call charles.

Did you contact the other drivers insurance carrier. Funny but I thought that the other driver should be paying the claim. Did the "old bat" have insurance?

To robert I did not write this report also I did not cause that accident In 2006 he was driving with no insurance and falsified tag I wasn't given a ticket he was given two tickets.

People who drive with no insurance are most,  likely to get "CAUGHT" because they are not careful.

Yes It was the old bat's fault we was stopped In traffic she came and rear ended us the police put her at fault state farm committed fraud we pay them money  but they don't want to pay to help us.  Like usual insurance companies "FIGHT" not to pay claim's.

They get away with It with help from the "Insurance Commissioner Office".
