redcatonline & buyatvpartsonline Took my money & did not send me what I ordered. I have been trying to call them non-stop for a week. No return calls. Marion Internet

We ordered a total of $175.00 worth of stuff for a 4-wheeler (ATV) that we brought for my son for Christmas. It included 2 parts and a body kit. When searching the brand of the ATV (Red Cat) redcatonline appeared. The website looked real and I did not expect anything.

We recd a box from redcatonline that did not include all of the parts we order. Example: we ordered a body kit that was suppose to included the front and back finders. We only rec'd the front finder. We recd one of the parts and nothing for the other one.

Nothing has changed on our order history on the website and I've called 5 different numbers for a week. Multiply times. The only number that answers is the "parts helpdesk." It always goes to voice mail. I've left them multiply voice mails everyday and I've sent them messages through their website but, no email address is provided.

I've done alot of searching and it appears that they are not located at the address that appears on their website, Redcatonline and buyatvpartsonline are the same company. They show the same numbers, pictures and address. I wasn't able to find any reports on redcatonline but, I did see some negative reports for buyatvreportsonline.

My husband and I don’t have a lot of money and this has taken almost $200 out of our Christmas funds and still has an ATV that we need parts for. I want my money back so we can buy real parts but, I don’t know how to get it back. I’m usually so careful and nothing like this has ever happened to me. I feel so stupid.
