Park View assists consumers with credit reports that are inaccurate, misleading, unverifiable, untimely, incomplete or that otherwise contain incorrect information.  Companies like Park View help consumers excercise their Fair Credit Reporting Act rights to correct these credit mishaps.  Consumers are able to perform this task themselves but like all service based companies, some consumers choose to hire professionals to get the job done.  I have been working with Park View for almost two years, couldnt be happier working for company, happy with the opportunity and love helping the clients we enroll.  The service guarantee really sets us apart from other companies only looking to make a quick sale.  If we do not get results, we refund you.  Pretty fair system in my opinion.

ok I'm here to set the record straight. As a former employee of this company and also a fellow in the financial world-not just credit/lending-but trading/portfolio mgmt and investing, I can confidently say that this company is full of crap. 

1. YOU DO NOT NEED A LAWYER-"PROFESSIONAL" COMPANY OR ANY OTHER INSTITUION TO BOOST YOUR CREDIT. Why? because it can be done yourself. How? first off by paying off any debt that you've accured, can't afford it? then why are you buying a house? this is the number one mistake Americans like myself have made, trying to eat the whole buffet when you're starving. Send dispute letters to credit bureaus yourself after you have paid off your debt/ provided sufficent evidence that the deliquent accounts arent yours-it will be a somewht of llegnthy process but it definately be done- AS I HAVE DONE IT!!

2. There is no in house credit lawyer-repair sector magically repairing your credit-no one is calling the bureau and disputing your behalf. What they do after you're scammed out $60 for a "credit report" is pass it along to another salesmen -I mean a credit specialist-who will take a look at your report and scare you into buying their services. They send all of their victim's files to costa rica or the phillipines where some one deletes the deliquencies off your report and see if it "sticks" if it does SURPRISE a higher credit rating. That can blowback in your face down the road.

3. Is it legal? yes and no. Yes- because they give you a discalimer stating that results may vary even though they list a million things they can eliminate. No-in the sense that they have to return all of your money if you are completely dissatisfied or they can't accomplish anything. Theyre going to try to tell otherwise but learn/know your rights. 

4. they treat their employees like slaves. cubicles,call center threatrs of job loss, high pressure sales, prizes for only selected employees. mangement was shady, information that was supposed to be given to consumers was not verified, no extensive training, low pay and no benefits. - Never ever work for a comapny like this -I do think they might have broke some labor laws. 

Credit repair is a scam-get your report from the bureau and also your credit card company. there is no such thing a tier 1, 2 or 3 report difference just a detail. 

hope this was helpful because while i worked there i felt guilty working for a company that preyed on innocent americans who were scared into buying a $60 credit report. what a waste.

 I called Park View Legal last Friday, November 8, 2013 and asked to speak with the person responsible for writing replys to this website. The customer service representative that I spoke to said she would send a company-wide email out letting everyone know that I am trying to reach the person who has requested that I contact them. I have not received a call in the past week. I don't have your contact information, but you have mine so please contact me to discuss your proposal.

We understand the bureaus will explain they will no longer investigate further disputes but this is merely a stall tactic by them and why consumers choose to continue working with our dispute team for further results. It is a consumers right to continue disputing items as they wish and about 80% of our customers continue to receive results after the bureaus say they will no longer investigate the letters.  Its all a matter of remaining active with us and allowing us to keep sending letters.  

Again, we would love to contiunue working on this clients file and will even offer a discounted rate on the monthly subscription rate just to help her receive additional results.  Please contact our support team at support@parkviewlaw.com to reactivate the file and we will continue to achieve results.

 The contract I signed does not mention a money back guarantee. It states that a minimum of 1 disputed item will be removed from my report. 1 minor item was removed from my report so the minimum guarantee was achieved. I have received final reports from all three credit agencies stating that their investigations are complete and the remaining disputed items will come off my reports after 7 years. I do not know how Park View Law would be able to make the credit agencies change their policies.

This customer engaged in services with Park View and agreed to allow the company a full six months to achieve credit dispute results.  All aspects of the agreement were successfully fullfilled by the company but it seems the customer cancelled service only after working with the company for two months.  The results based guarantee offered to customers is 100% of all fees charged refunded if results are not achieved in six months.  We as a company have successfully achieved results for 95% of our customers since 2009 and happily refund the 5% that we were unable to help.  We would love the chance to cotinue working on this customer's case and would still honor the six month guarantee should the customer decide to work with us.
