legally armed Gene Kennedy Never received merchandise! Murfreesboro Tennessee

Appearently this company is well known for ripping people off. I ordered a simple reflective carrying wallet for my CCW 7/18/14 for $10 + $2 shipping fee (paid thru paypal). When 3 weeks passed I started calling and emailing the company with no response (615-869-8345). Finally 8/25/14 a man picks up by saying hello, I advised him of my order and he said the shipment just came in and he has 4000 of these reflective carrying cases now and he asked me to email him at paypal@legallyarmed.com and to put "conversation" in the subject line. He then said he will get the order to me immediatly. I figured ok, Ill give it some more time, this was before I read all the complaints on-line about this company. I'm very surprised PayPal allows this company to use their services!! Ill updaye RipOff Report when/if I receive the merchandise.
