This guy's out of his mind! 'he attempted to extort me, wanted me to sign my deed over to him,, and demanded more and more money every time I turned around. When I wouldn't agree to his demands, he began to text me threating texts! Ordinarily at about 5:00 am they would start. Finally, when I called the police, went to his office, demanded my file back with the broward sheriffs office, He stopped.
Ken Frank, the want to be lawyer is in fact a criminal. He changes the terms of his own agreements at will, he by far is the biggest liar, and con artist. I finally learned that the FTC governs organized criminals like Kenneth Frank. If you've been promised that he'll protect your home from foreclosure, RUN! Ken Frank is dangerous, liar, and a convicted felon. He looks for a deposit upfront, then takes a monthly "vig" as he calls it.
When Ken Frank doesn't have his way, he'll attempt to bankrupt you in the courts. Literally burying his opposition in paperwork. BE VERY AWARE! This is a bad guy, who collects disability, hides behind his girlfriends name, (look up the business, sunbiz.org) collects disability. Kenneth A. Frank is a bad guy... Do not do business with him...

I just hope all who have been affected by this guy calls the Broward Sheriffs office to let them know they too have been scammed. BSO can be reached @ 954-321-4800. White collar crimes unit.
