Im not certain why my posting was not showing upo regarding the very bad experiance i have had with jason trindade from king of condos, a realtor and property management inc. in las vegas NV

I would not suggest dealing with this realtor in any way shape or form, If you value you money. If you havent dealt with realtor jason trindade from king of condos las vegas, then simply do a very thourough research on this person and company, ask for references, and look up las vegas firms that offer true and honest real estate or property management services.

The Bloke Jason Trindade the realtor broker from king of condos does not offer preoffesional honest services.

Lets look at the rebuttal that jason trindade from king of condos wrote himself regarding a rental property above.

Jason trindade mentions that he looked this person up on the internet and found out that he is not an honest person and is a scammer.

A proferssional realtor, why would jason trindade put his clients condo at risk by renting out to a bad tenant, isnt it the realtors duty to screen bad elements and get the best possible renter in the property? Not very wise and definately not in the best interest of the property owner, the person who is paying jason trindade from king of condos. This in itself shows lack of poor judgement. 

As Jason Trindade further wrote in his message, he said that the power and rent was not paid, How is this tenant that shouldnt even be in this property becasue of his scammer background living there with no power? sounds very strange. If power was not paid paid in deed, well then the owner of the property will get hit with that bill, not good for the property owner which is now incurring more bills from bad property management offered by Jason trindade from king of condos.

Jason trindade from king of condos further writes that he has not recieved rent for 3+ months, I guess the property owner must really like Jason trindade because not getting rent for 3+ months could escalate some owners to foreclosure, or at the least surely put a dent in the owners pocket. 

I was under the impression that Nevada had a 5 day pay or leave the property law? This i am sure can be extended for a week or 2 but 3+ months? How is it that Jason Trindade the property manager from king of condos, was not able to convince the las vegas court to eject this bad tenant out of the property, for 3+ Months, where are the skills of a responsible property manager to allow this to escalate to this level? Or are we to assume that the tenant has some valid arguments that convinced the judge to continue this claim for more information to be revealed.

If this was my property, i would be pretty pissed off, especially know that these services provided by jason trindade from king of condos are not free, there is a fee to pay for property management, that goes without saying. 

Now going forward as jason trindade wrote in his rebuttal, he is going back to court on september the 11th to finally try to evict this tenant. 

If this eviction gets granted by the court at all, We forsee here a serious diemma for the owner, After getting this scammer out of the property that should never have been there, you can count on repair costs, eviction costs, rehabbing the property, relisting the property, screening new potential renters and actually getting new renters. This could equate to a total of 8 months of expenses more than likeliy over $10,000 coming out of the owners pocket all seemingly directly related to the bad judgememnt of Jason Trindade the property manager and realtor of king of condos las vegas inc.

Again, if I was the property owner, I would be very upset. 

IMHO I see complete and utter disregard to the customer

I do not know what jason david trindade from king of condos is talking about, this man has no clue, makes no sense and thats was always the case dealing with him, he is out there in la la land. He is probably smoking some of that good las vegas sticky weed that he must be getting from his questionable friends living in the SKY condos las vegas, not a very intelligant fellow especially with young babies around him.

Before dealing with Jason trindade from king of condos, ask fellow people in the industry of thier thoughts of jason trindade from king of condos, youll see what i mean.

 We also uncovered that he has an alleged arrest warrant from Hawaii, if so, this bloke Jason David Trindade from king of condos in las vegas nevada must have thought that he could con and cheat the authorities in hawaii.

Beware of dealing with this person, and as always, do your homework, check references and go with a reputable firm that has a proven track record, also check the las vegas justice court website as we have done as well as the las vegas district court public records, seems like jason trindade from king of condos is either being sued or is suing someone every monday and tuesday. Check it out for yourself. Cheers

Alex Montagu, 13th Duke of Manchester rented a condo at Sky Las Vegas from me and has not paid rent or power in 3 months. I filed papers to have him evicted and he appealed everything and has dragged this out for 3+ months without paying his rent it power bill.

Alex has resorted to threatening me and makes improper remarks about knowing where me and my family live. This guy is truly scary and I would hope that any preparing to do business with hhim would read this first and save themselves te frustration.

I looked him up online and found he has a history scamming businesses and I am the lucky recipient of his antics this time. We have a hearing scheduled for September 11. I look forward to having him removed from the condo so I can go back to dealing with normal people who are willing to pay for their rent and power bills. This guy has been nothing but problems since the day I met him and now I am on Rip Off Report when I shouldn't be. 

I am sure Alex will reply to this with an angry response and more allegations of me being a bad person, but there is nothing I can do to stop that. He is mad at me because I am contesting his Scam and I have to deal with it until he finds someone else to focus his energy on.
