 There are many victims still out there; they are just scared and fearful. 

 We need more people to join this battle, and get together with evidence and a detailed report of your stories.  We hope to submit all of our information together to The Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission even though Judge Larry Willis has connections and close personal friends working on The Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission of Virginia. We hope to launch an investigation to review the cases at The Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court.

 We have already have evidence against Judge Larry Willis proving that he deviates from the guidelines in most child support cases.  Also even though federal law limits the amount that can be garnished from your paycheck, dishonorable Judge Larry Willis will make up your Income and ignore federal law. 

 We have proof that Judge Larry Willis has ordered way more than 65% of disposable earning from fathers paying support.  In one case he has ordered over 100% of the father’s income to be paid to Child Support.

 Even with the evidence we have now I am not confident that it is enough. With Judge Larry Willis being allowed to do the things he does on a daily basis, year after year speaks for itself and his connection and friends on The Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission of Virginia who allow this and will do nothing.

 Judge Larry Willis picks on poor fathers, after studying some of his cases it shows how he will pick a favorite and who he likes in a matter of minutes.

 It seems that appearance plays a big role in his court room which can throw out the facts of the case completely.

My Name is EDITED.   I have also experienced a great deal of unfair treatment of fighting for my only child for 8 years.  In terms of having documented proof, which has been outright ignored. Let me introduce myself first a little more. This is not about money ( I also have paid an unusual amount of child support.  My story began when I considered the military and signed over all rights, and when I changed my mind, the other party kept my only child, and basically always lies, and so it has been a vicious cycle of proven her lies wrong over and over, but this is the problem, I have always proven the opposing party wrong, with documents, records, everything. And for 8 years, this court has destroyed my life.  We need a change of circumstance. i work with abused kids, earning an Engineering degree, volunteer with groups in my city, and my family, and are always shocked at  how in the world is this  legal?

 The opposing family actually knows Judges, and I have dealt with Guardians who have outright lied, keep in mind I have 8 years of proof! I have lived paying rent in two states just to see my child every day. The court change the time I drove 6 hours to court yesterday to have it heard without me, and they chose to grant the opposing party who has actually in their care my son had broken tooth, crutches, their on medication when the school tested them, and they did not need it, happen chance their neighbor s a psychiatrists, and now they have a written prescription that also on top of child support, gives them an extra $900.00. So now i am going to get another Lawyer and appeal again. Any help is greatly appreciated, both ways. GOD bless.

I've observed firsthand over the last 18 months this evil judge come after my dirt-poor son with a vengeance!  I felt so bad that I paid for a good lawyer for him seeing the court appointed ones seemed afraid to represent my son in front of this evil b*****d.  It seems his entire court and the prosecutors are out for men!  The lawyer I paid a lot of money for couldn't believe the judge in picking what he wanted to hear and see during one of his hearings. The evidence for my son was overwhelming, yet he would have nothing to do with it, resulting in a loss for my son. 

Our lawyer was in total disbelief and took on the appeal for free which she won handily...thank god!  That's just the tip of the iceberg!  He's in his court several times a month as his wife is trying all she can to lock him up and take away his visitation for revenge.  I'm hoping Judge Willis will wake up and see thru her lies that have been brought to his attention, but he ignores all of it!  I can go on and on!!  So my question, do you know if anyone has gone to the local news outlets to have them look into this evil man?  Also, do you know of any advocacy that will help my son's legal battles with this dishonorable and corrupt Judge?  Thanks!

Please people do not live in fear!   We must join together and have this dishonorable Judge Removed!!!

 If The Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission of Virginia will do nothing and will not even lift a finger to investigate Judge Larry Willis of The Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Courts then we must come together with everything we have and send our evidence and information to every local and national news media center outlet possible.  Power is in numbers, we need more people to come forward with case information and valid evidence.

  Judge Larry Willis is ruining people’s lives on a daily basis for nothing more than his own courtroom entertainment.

Try to look past your individual case as hard as it may be.  Please consider the facts and look at the bigger picture here!

I have observed the Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court for a few years now as well as the surrounding courts in the Hampton Roads area.   There is a big difference in the Chesapeake court system.  The Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court is more likely to deviate from child support guidelines and basically just throw the out of the court room.  They are more likely to ignore federal rules and guidelines in place to protect non-custodial parents.     It’s almost as if it is its own government that’s makes its own laws and rules to follow.

Many people in the past have created groups or get meetings to try and do something about the Judges in this court and the decisions made by Judge Willis and his judicial clan.   Most people are powerless and without an attorney willing to go up against this court they lack the voice to be heard.   Truth is most people would rather have help with their individual cases rather than join together for what needs to be done.  Making a difference and changing things will take courage.   This court has intimidated so many that the thought of going against this court brings fear combined with the low confidence, lack of legal knowledge and financial ability it eliminates participants.  They just want help with their individual cases when that is largely the biggest mistake and this form of thinking allows this court to continue to operate in the Wild Wild West.   It as if we are stuck in the Dark Ages while being in the technological modern age.

With the Chesapeake Juvenile and Domestic Relations District Court I have seen fathers lose their right to be a part of the children’s lives.   With loss of visitation while paying outrageous amounts of child support also keeping fathers in the arrears with large imputative false income amounts created out of thin air added  to a impossible to pay child support debt.    I have seen fathers that get no paycheck at all and become homeless or jailed because of this court.  Our government created child support guidelines for a reason and its intentions were not to force fathers into slavery or to have them live like dirt while thoughts of suicide plaque their everyday life.

When this court takes 65-75% of gross income fathers lack the financial ability to hire an attorney or to pay appeal bonds to get the justice that every American is entitled too.  There is no need to go on with stories of cases I have seen or get into any details about these cases.   I am glad that someone was brave enough to create this complaint and helped to bring public awareness to this broken court system in Chesapeake.    While I do not believe this will help or change anything this at least is a start.  Something should be done and needs to be done.  People’s lives are being ruined daily by this unfair court system.

 I am not here to take either side. I will however make a few points that MAY give you some clarity. It is traditionally the mother that is favored in ANY judgment. This means that they would rather give a child to the crack addicted mother then the upstanding father. While it is unfair IN GENERAL, it IS well within the Judges rights. As for child support, obviously the judge believes that YOU can afford more then you are reporting. YOUR only remedy is to apply for a "Hardship Appeal".

I bring this up to you BECAUSE of how "unfair" and "biased" you claim this judge is. YOU have presented YOUR OPINIONS as FACT. The web IS a media outlet. Which means legally speaking YOU have broken about a half a dozen laws. YOU are under the SAME umbrella as every printed publication in the US. I remind YOU that Judges stick together and support each other. All it will take is a court order and the judge YOU have been dealing with and have reported your opinions as fact on. This means that HE will know its YOU. So I would be careful going forward. While you may wish "justice", the only justice you may get is added civil charges against you. I warn you of this because I have seen it happen way too much.

I would retain a lawyer and then request the judge recusse themselves. You MIGHT be able to have an investigation started on his rulings. This would allow your lawyer to ask for the recusse since one of the cases they would be axamining would be yours. If this judge is running for re-election, a tactic I have seen used is that YOU retain HIS direct opponent as your legal counsel. This would also have the judge excusing himself from the case. The big problem is going to be PROVING he is biased and NOT judging on the FACTS of your case. Just because YOU feel he is biased doesnt mean he is. There is a difference between what you THINK and WHAT you can prove.

At the end of the day, YOU have to answer to YOU. You will have to weigh your options. If you get a lawyer and go after this judge, you could be putting yourself at a greater risk. If you do NOTHING and accept his ruling, THAT may not be the wisest course of action. YOU have to ask yourself......"WHAT CAN I PROVE?" and go from there. I just warn you that the legal area is a "Good Ole Boy" kinda network. These judges and lawyers hang out with each other all day. If you dont believe me, go to court and NOT as a defendant. Just observe and it will SHOCK you as to the level of familiarity that these people have. If you were to believe shows like "Law & Order" ect, you would THINK that these guys are at each others throats. But that just is not the case, pun intended.

Its YOUR choice as to what you do. YOU are the one that has to live with those choices. YOU are the one who has to foot the bill, even if you win. So good luck and remember this information. Dont go after the judge until you are 150% sure you can take him.
