It's unfair that after 4 years these posts will never go away. 

Having been referred to this site several times by clients and family, I feel it necessary for me to make a productive comment on behalf of Josh Lindsay. When Josh came to apply with my medical device company I was very skeptical due to the horrific things that I had read online in regards to a former business he had owned. During our interview he explained the entire story from his start on the phones, owning a phone cal center. His description was one of growth and humility because he had learned from his mistakes, remedied them, and had made the choice never to be in that call center business again despite how easy the money was. He professed he was here to work, crate a future, and become the person he wanted to be. I was impressed by his humility and gave him the job. I am proud to say that I went against my initial urge to believe what I had read online and to give him a chance based on what I was seeing.
