A year ago today a Superior Court judge awarded the victory to me, dismissing a case that cost the cable TV subscribers of Medford approximately $73,000.00 or more.  December 19, 2011 the Judge released his findings that this hard-working award-winning filmmaker faced malicious abuse of process by Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. and a Rhode Island filmmaker Dawn Natalia. 

Dawn Natalia lost the case.   The case was funded by Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.   One of the harassment techniques that TV 3 Medford uses to provoke people is for the TV3 staff and board or directors to write lies on Ripoff Report.com.   Any member of the Medford community  faces vandalism of their automobile, theft of their videotapes, attacks at City Hall (you read that correctly, three of them ganged up on one victim on April 26, 2010), censorship of their programs, as was stated in Superior Court they "brutalized" this victim.  Brutalized.   Even their own lawyer admitted defeat and told this victim outside the courtroom that he doesn't have to LIKE his clients to take a case.  It was an apology from the Mayor's cousin for years of harassment, AND the lawyer distancing himself from some very bad apples.

It is alleged that MCC TV3 Board of Directors  Harvey Alberg, Ronald Delucia, Arthur Alan Deluca and others from Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. awarded themselves Christmas bonuses this year.
Think about that.  They take advantage of the broadcast time to run unethical infomercials to promote their for-profit businesses (Alberg Financial, Medford; Ark Insurance of Stoneham) on public access tv, they allegedly dip their fingers into the cable tv subscriber's hard-earned monies for "Christmas bonuses", and you cannot find the minutes to their meetings anywhere on the web or even at City Hall.  Ever hear of a non-profit not being transparent with meeting minutes?  Now for the truth, not Arthur Deluca's blogs, just google "Medford Community Cablevision, Inc." and "Melanson Heath & Co PC" and read about the failure of the TV station to comply with a financial report to the citizens funding the station.  Put "Medford Community Cablevision, Inc." and "Performance Evaluation Hearing" in a google.   Even their own Mayoral Appointee to the Board of Directors told the judge at the Evaluation that for the health of the station Deluca, Delucia (no relation), Alberg and the gang needed to resign.  The woman's car was then vandalized, as mine was.  You can do a search and read what they did to that really nice, honest woman.

We are fighting the good fight.  The more they write on Ripoff.com the more rebuttal information will have to be posted to set the record straight about how the board of directors conduct themselves, the individuals from Alberg Financial of Medford, Ark Insurance of Stoneham (whose owner, Ronald Delucia, admitted to the City Council of Medford he engaged with his board of directors in "sloppy bookkeeping.  Ask Medford High School why Delucia is no longer a teacher there),  and each individual from MCC TV3 too cowardly to post their name on an attack comment on this site.   

A special needs person had a high-profile guest (now a national radio host) on the station. They bullied the special needs person, harassing him non-stop, costing him other guests.  I brought the fellow into Boston to get to speak with one of the guests that station cost him.  The individuals at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. were furious that their victims are able to work together and produce our television programs at other stations.  You can find our good, honest work on YouTube and  you can find real quotes from real people acknowledging our hard work and honest volunteer efforts.  We do the work, we volunteer, they take our money and won't be held accountable for it. You do the math.

This is millions and millions of dollars  being taken from cable TV subscribers with no accountability by the station, no access TV and the threat of physical bodily harm.  The "Medford" station has a Boston resident with mob ties, which can be validated with a simple google search.  They keep up the harassment, every lurid detail of their dirty dealings will be posted in response.  They are the aggressors, we are a community of hard-working volunteer producers facing this garbage from an angry mob of unbalanced, dangerous individuals.   Notice how they attack and then say that you are litigating against them?   The court system is there to protect people from predators like the crowd at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.   It was a year ago today they lost the lawsuit they filed. Do you think the public wanted monies appropriated for yet another lawsuit they lost?    Why do you think they are posting today?  They are livid that their lies did not have any effect with an honest judge.   They lost a year ago today, so they post lies a year after their defeat in a case THEY instituted against a producer they are jealous of.

Another set of lies by Joe Viglione.  He has filed MANY law cases in both civil in criminal courts all over Massachusetts - and he reports here:  That the District Attorney and Police are "helping him".  HA !  They, like the Mayor, City Solicitor, and local news outlets are sooooo tired of him.



He has zero credibility.  He was thrown out of a nonprofit for violating SEVERAL serious rules (feel free to ask the nonprofit.  which one? the one he complains about, see the motivation?), and then made-up lies about everyone involved in the nonprofit.  Even blogged and smeared a college student.  (although I must admit, I check his blog almost daily, as does my husband: it keeps him writing, and us laughing).  He made up lies and reported them to my employer---who lucky for me, was already well aware of his horrible rip-off reputation.  He smears the mayor, several city employees, and many local citizens.



Beware !  He preaches many accomplishments, but research shows no merit.  He preaches about judges, but a Massachusetts judge ruled that he isn't to be taken seriously/doesn't know what he is saying.  He preaches about others in the community, but has no support, family, or friends when he makes these wild accusations.  A man with no alies at his age, is a man that has burned many a bridge.



But do not take my "internet" word.  Just ask any the people he mentioned in his rebuttal above.  If you are able to share a coffee with ANYONE of them-they will tell you the same thing.  And definitely do not engage in any financial talks and/or offers to appear on his free shows.  You'll learn fast how they become not so free.  Media members beware - this man will rip you off

"Phil C" is a nuisance known as Arthur Alan Deluca, a purported board member of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.  The sick thing is that "Phil" claims you will get sued when the TV station misappropriated $73,000.00 to take me into court.  They lost.    I have been fighting for ten years, since December 10, 2002, against the corruption at the Medford  Massachusetts public access tv station, and if you sign up and fork over $30.00 or $50.00 or whatever they are asking this month, you too can find yourself on RipoffReport.com because dirty pool is what they are engaged in.  The culprits are Harvey Alberg and his wife Doria Pizzotti Alberg who  run a company known as Alberg Financial in Medford.  Problem is, Harvey Alberg's former business partner tipped me off that he also ran a company known as "Savant Technologies" and was attempting to get the website business from the non-profit, MCC TV 3, that Alberg sits on the board of.   The City Solicitor of Medford was notified and did nothing when a board meeting was held for an alleged "election" for the people of Medford.

Finally the District Attorney's office and the Medford Police Department got involved to help me and the TV station signed THREE DOCUMENTS in mediation agreeing to stop harassing me on the internet. Within 6 weeks, on or about August 1, 2012, Arthur Alan Deluca under the alias "Phil C" and Dareleen and a number of other aliases started posting information in violation of that mediated agreement.

It takes courage to fight the good fight and go to the City Council and week after week bring information garnered from Public Records Requests to find out how the cable TV subscriber funds are being used.  There are no elections at TV 3 that the public can participate in.  They block people out, they circle the wagons, they make outrageous claims that they have fair and open elections, but if that's so why were they so terrified of having a city-wide election in 2008?  Why are the same old cronies getting "memberships for life" without paying a nickel, free bus passes as Deluca allegedly obtains, and according to the Solicitor's report, three of them received cash payments including Deluca/Phil C.

The above post from Phil C is in violation of a police agreement designed to protect the victim.  Have you ever heard of a public access TV station having to go into mediation three times?  Have you heard of a station taking monies designated for access TV and using 73K of those monies (plus an additional $13,900.00 in insurance monies) to sue a man who is an award-winning producer with a film out in worldwide distribution.   It is pure jealousy and envy.  If you sign up at Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. and pay them monies to be a "volunteer", you will be harassed, they will come to your home and take photos, vandalize your automobile, write on Ripoff Report.com and go to your places of employment to try to make your life miserable.  The police are afraid of Mayor Michael J. McGlynn, the 25 year incumbent who is terrified of Medford Community Cablevision, Inc., too terrified to pull the plug on him because he knows they will do to him what they do to their own members.   The Honorable Judge Marie O. Jackson-Thompson (retired) was hired by Michael J. McGlynn, the Mayor, at a fee of $3900.00 to right the ship.  The Judge's report was scathing and called for the Mayor to evaluate if he should go to the Attorney General or Secretary of State on Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.    Join the station, ask about the finances, and you will be dragged into court, have your own "Ripoff Report.com" site and find a 24 year old in your driveway taking pictures of your house and vandalizing your car.  It is TV 3 Medford that has filed multiple suits...they have sued the city, they filed a complaint on an 82 year old man and terrified him until his death, and they have lost in court repeatedly, including being found to have violated the anti-SLAPP statutes of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the most egregious form of censorship.    On or about April 26, 2010 three members of TV 3 Medford attacked a man at City Hall, the police reporting noting the man was the "victim" and listing the names of the three perpetrators from Medford Community Cablevision, Inc.   The Honorable Judge Diane Kottmeyer gave a verbal order for the station to stop e mailing the victim.   Anyone who wants the truth about this only has to go to Medford City Hall at any Council meeting and hear what is really going on.   This "Ripoff Report" is nothing more than harassment aimed at a hard-working, award-winning producer that the station is envious of.

Very similar story as the original posted.  He comes to the table and proclaims all sorts of credentials.     At some point he will engage you in talks about side-ventures.

the very minute things don't go EXACTLY his way....you'll end up in court.

there are SEVERAL issues of this man suing different people and groups in court.

Ask yourself; how many times have you really sued someone?  Why can't this man resolve issues without courts, why he he not work well with others?

     All the materials on this alleged "Report" as well as the photograph taken without authorization have been removed from other sites on the internet.   The individual who was posting them DEFAULTED in SUPERIOR COURT.  I also won a case in November/December 2011  in Superior Court against a frivolous action funded by the same individuals.    I believe I now have the right to sue for what is called "malicious abuse of process".

    There are Agreements those individuals made with the authorities to remove all offensive material on the internet.   This site has been reported to the authorities as of August 3, 2012 for violating those Agreements.

     I applied for a job at a company that is responsible for posting a lot of this information.  No one should put an application in and fear being harassed.

     As for the individual who was a business associate of mine, I will be filing action in a court of law very soon to protect my interests.   He worked in concert with the individuals who denied me employment.   It was bullying, plain and simple, as is what they wrote on this site. Shame on them.

     That is all that I will say about these reports for now.  

     What is interesting is that my business has flourished since the removal of the unqualified and disruptive business partner.   That speaks volumes.   While I was doing the heavy lifting that individual was selling equipment.   Had he been honest and not had a million excuses for why he couldn't do the work he promised to perform things might have been different.   Or maybe I should consider myself lucky that I got away from him in time

     A document was signed on July 23 2012 in Superior Court by another individual who caused a lot of these problems.   Another court case was heard on November 28, 29 and 30th in 2011 and in December the judge awarded the victory to me.   Three other documents were signed where these materials on the internet are supposed to be removed by the individuals who authored them.
  
     It is truly sad when you believe and trust someone and - after they take your money - they smash a clock, get violent and the police have to be notified.   That individual will be in court to talk to a judge about his conduct.     

     No names are being named here.   I will let the courts handle it.

The Facts:

2. Hon. Bruce Henry DENIED all three motions by Viglione.
3. Sarno filed a motion for a restraining order against Viglione in 2010.
4. Judge ordered for Viglione to "take a break from [harassing] TV3."
5. Viglione then files a counterclaim against Sarno.
6. The counts on the claim: Threats to Kill, Malicious Business Interference, and Libel.
7. Because Viglione cannot afford an attorney and thinks he is smarter than one, he tries to file papers himself and messes up.
8. Sarno was not served properly.
9. Viglione files motion for a default judgment against Sarno for failing to answer interrogatories (which actually were not admissible in this type of suit... he filed for a TRO against Sarno which Sarno was then eligible to ANSWER the complaint.
10. A judge heard Viglione's case on April, 7, 2011. The following day, the judge DENIES Viglione.

Sarno discovers that Viglione has had countless lawsuits and claims against him over the past two decades, including suffering a libel/slander/defamation suit loss.

Pg. 1-3, Sec. 6 Joseph Viglione has claimed on a website that Medford Community Cablevision, Inc. has a station manager suing! It is true that I have filed a claim against Viglione and only Viglione. The nature of this claim is for the purpose of obtaining a TRO and HRO for protecting myself against threats, harassment, and slander from Viglione.

Pg. 1-5, Sec. 11 Joseph Viglione has claimed on a website that FACT: Matthew Page-Lieberman, Gary Zappelli and Dan Sarno are all listed in a police report after victimizing a volunteer producer (Viglione). This is a false report filed by Viglione himself. At no time was I involved in the victimization of Viglione. This statement is without merit and has caused me to suffer serious alarm and emotional distress. Viglione has devised this statement willfully and maliciously to besmirch my reputation in the City of Medford, my workplace, and has published this statement in order to intimidate and defame my name publicly.
Pg. 1-5, Sec. 12 Jospeh Viglione has claimed on a website that an affidavit exists stating that Sarno and Page-Lieberman conspired months in advance to harass [Viglione]. This statement is without merit. The document that Viglione is speaking of is not an admissible form of evidence as the statements by John Byers have not been affirmed or sworn. In addition, the affidavit Viglione speaks of is entirely hearsay.

Viglione also claims that I have figuratively pulled down [my] pants on TV and exposed [myself] on a squirrel. This statement is without merit and has caused me to suffer serious alarm and emotional distress. The claim is of a sexually harassing nature regardless to whether this statement is a matter of fact, opinion, or belief.

Viglione has devised this statement willfully and maliciously to besmirch my reputation in the City of Medford, my workplace, and has published this statement in order to intimidate and defame my name publicly. I have only filed a lawsuit against Viglione for the purpose of protecting myself from the harassment and potentially threatening actions of Viglione. In no case ever presented in court was the matter of censorship discussed or brought as a claim.

I have not created or distributed any form of pornography and it is not my decision when programming airs on TV3. There is no bylaw or corporate Policy & Procedure dictating the hours in which specific programming or genres of programming can or cannot air.

Pg. 1-27, Sec. 24 Joseph Viglione has claimed on a website that [I] wont leave [Viglione] alone. Viglione is making this statement in attempt to claim that I am stalking Viglione. I attend City Council Meetings every Tuesday to discuss official matters with the City Council regarding public television. Truth of the matter is that I do not want anything to do with Viglione in any shape or form. I request that he stops his obsession with me. His statement has caused me to suffer serious alarm and emotional distress.
Pg. 1-29, Sec. 25 Joseph Viglione has claimed on a website that Matthew Page-Lieberman and Gary Zappelli harassed a veteran public access producer in concert with Dan Sarno. Dan was as active a participant as the other twoand the police did not let him go without writing his name down. This statement is without merit and has caused me to suffer serious alarm and emotional distress. There is no evidence to support that the so called harassment on Viglione was constructed, premeditated, or concerted by me. The Medford Police did not question or ask for Sarnos name at any time regarding Viglione.
Pg. 1-30, Sec. 26 Joseph Viglione has claimed on a website that Dan Sarno put an erect p***s on a squirrel and broadcast it on TV3 instead of Medford and Winthrop Hockey. This statement is without merit and has caused me to suffer serious alarm and emotional distress. There is no evidence that suggests that I put a p***s on a squirrel and broadcast this in lieu of a hockey game.
Pg. 1-30, Sec. 27 Joseph Viglione has claimed on a website that Dan Sarno told the City Council he was upset about the word p***s envy on this blog. Obviously, thats proof positive that he has it, or it wouldnt have upset him? This statement has caused me to suffer serious alarm and emotional distress. His statement is of extreme sexually harassing nature and is unrelated to any political feud against him and TV3. He claims he is protected under the First Amendment to criticize a public station, however, under the First Amendment he is not protected to lie or make sexually derogatory claims against a person directly or indirectly.
Pg. 1-31, Sec. 28 Joseph Viglione has claimed on a website that I am a pathological liar and unqualified to run access TV in our city. Thats my professional opinion protected under the First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution. Viglione claims to be offering his professional opinion in that I am a pathological liar and unqualified to run access TV. Viglione is not a qualified professional to make this claim, therefore this claim has no merit and is considered libel. Viglione applied for Operations Manager job at TV3 and was rejected because he was deemed unqualified. He then filed with authorities for employment discrimination against TV3. Viglione himself was denied the job because he was not qualified for the position. The First Amendment does not protect someone from making false claims especially when claiming the statement is being offered by someone assuming the role of a professional who is deemed qualified to make such opinions a matter of truth. Viglione has devised this statement willfully and maliciously to besmirch my reputation in the City of Medford, my workplace, and has published this statement in order to intimidate and defame my name publicly.
Pg. 1-32, Sec. 29 Joseph Viglione had claimed on a website that Dan Sarno said horrible things about me at the City Council on January 18th and January 25th. To the best of my knowledge of fact and belief, the statements I made at these meetings were truthful.

Not the funny humor that these blogs display to prove they are a bunch of jackasses. This statement is without merit and has caused me to suffer serious alarm and emotional distress. There is no evidence to support that I have ever written a blog of any nature mentioning Viglione. Viglione believes that the statements made in his blogs are full of funny humor I being the victim of this blog do not find his statements funny. His blog contains libelous statements written with malicious intent. His belief that what he states is funny, while at the same time besmirches my reputation and emotional wellbeing, supports Viglione as a Cyber Bully.

I filed a restraining order against Viglione to keep Viglione from contacting me. Viglione says I am jealous of him because I took him to court because I was afraid for my wellbeing. Joe Viglione is an honest, hardworking individual who does a great job at what he knows best, the music industry. He has been a rock and music journalist for quite awhile now, and its a shame that certain people in Medford are slandering him for no reason other than he's trying to keep freedom of speech in public access television alive in the city of Medford which has been corrupted by city politicians and a tv studio that might as well be run by the local mafia. Its a shame when city residents can't speak freely about what they want to see on the air in the city of Medford and when they try to speak up the TV 3 management tries to scare them into submission. The TV 3 people in Medford have tried to tear Joe V down constantly, even threatened his life. They write derogatory comments about him and that is not who Joe V is. He's a kind, courteous individual who does nothing but help bands and people he interacts with get ahead in the business. He has many personal friends in the music industry, some well known, others not as well known, but he always is professional with whomever he meets. I hope this will lay to rest claims that Joe V is a scammer. He is nothing of the sort. He is a good friend and these posts are a great injustice to the chracter and personality of the Count aka Joe Viglione! 

On October 28, 2010 I had to fire a former business partner because he was taking advantage of clients.  I have worked with many classic rock artists over the past three decades for long periods of time.  The individual in question, an engineer in Wilmington, Massachusetts, takes money from clients and refuses to do the work unless you allow him to be "co-producer."  He has a terrible work ethic and was an anchor for me and the artists I care about.

I stand by my work in the music industry.  It is sad that jealous people with nothing better to do will try to harm a man's reputation because they want his projects.
