Moyer started in Iowa as a owner of a meat company. Google James Lynn Moyer Iowa. After spend time in prison he moved to Marco Island FL. Moyer and his step son David Dudley (also from Iowa) entered business with each other again and have been taking advantage of clients on Marco. Building or remodeling their home and then giving them a bill for thousands of dollars in extras. Dudley just recently moved back to Iowa.
I recently met an older woman who Dudley took advantage of. Dudley was once in connection with the Maderia Condo on Marco Island FL.
Moyer also has been connected to a car dealership in Iowa that is no good.I know people who know this family personally. I found all this out after the fact he pulled one over on me.

Mr. Moyer won the court case against us. Moyers lawyer Mr. William Morris was excellent and well prepared.
I am being sued for defamation and cost of $10,000.00 for damages.

I have nothing to hide. My maiden name is Michele Leigh Fowler from Basehor KS. I was in jail once for public drunkenness. I am a true honest person.

In no way am I trying to harm the Moyers or Mr. Dudley. I would just like to make others aware of what has happened and to prevent this from being a future provlem to others. No Malice or defamation is intended upon anyone in the comment listed above.
I have never met the Moyers in Iowa or have I ever been to the car dealership. I do know others who have dealt with the Moyers but this is all based on what I have heard from others.
I am only familiar with the Moyers in Marco Island.
