Buyer Beware!

I ordered a $200 bikini for my girlfriend for her birthday. Gave it to her and she was less than thrilled, I figured no problem they have a 14 day EXCHANGE only policy.

I made another mistake here, I did not realize they offered store credit only. My girlfriend wanted a brand that they did not carry. She was nonplused but still happy I had gone to the effort to buy her something over just giving her a gift card.

I messaged Ishine 365 immediately and there was no response, tried calling and was put on hold and then told they would message me back. Days passed I sent them repeated emails with no response just an automated email response. ( I think ) Saying they had gotten the message.

Finally I got a message back informing me that I was past the 14 days and that the bikini was no longer refundable, exchangable or in any way returnable.

WHAT A RIPOFF!!! they strung me along until it hit the 14 day policy and they told me to go pound rocks. I am beyond upset.

This is a horrible company. They offer no refunds, make you pay for shipping, and pull things like this. I am filing this report to let others know what happened so they do not run into a similar situation.
