As a Director of Green Automotive since the middle of 2012, I'd like to respond to
your concerns by dealing with them individually as they appear in your
"report"

1) Green Automotive Company uses false advertising and
promisses, thereby making investors purchase restricted stocks, with the SEC
automatic regulation supporting removal of the restriction after holding the
stocks 12 months. 

Reply:
There were some delays in filing with the original Principals of the Company. However,
that has all been resolved and rectified by current management. The good news
is that holders of this stock can apply to have the restriction removed on or
after the 20th December 2013 - A press release went out to this effect in
December 2012, an 8K was filed at the same time, and it also appears on our web

2) It has been more than 2 years since I
purchased my stocks and with monthly phone calls, voicemails, emails and 2
certified letter, I have yet to get any response from the anyone at Green
Automotive Company.

Reply: This seems rather odd, as we attempt to return every call
and inquiry as timely as possible. Hopefully my replies here will put your mind

3) Their address appears to be nothing
more than a mailbox at a Newport Beach executive office.

Reply:
We have a small administrative office for our President in Newport Beach which
I can assure you he uses - it's not a "virtual" office. Our main
operations are conducted at our manufacturing facilities at 5492 Wilson Avenue,
Riverside, California and at several locations in the UK.

4) Green Automotive Company does not
produce or sell anything. 

Reply: If you follow the press releases, 8K's and our web site
since July 2012, you will find that GAC has acquired Liberty Electric Cars in
the UK, a company with several large contracts for the development and
maintenance of electric vehicles and their key components. Liberty has been in
business for over 6 years and is a viable concern. GAC also acquired Newport
Coachworks in November 2012, a company building buses. This was a start- up
business, but again, as per several press releases and 8K's, this company has a
firm order book for over 432 buses over the next 24 months, has delivered its
first bus, is in production on several others and will hold an open day on the
4th May at its Riverside CA premises. Further, GAC recently acquired Goingreen,
the oldest and largest single site retailer of electric vehicles in Europe.
Whilst, prior to July 2012, your statement would have been correct, this is
definitely no longer the case as our business is developing on several
fronts 

5) If you research history, you will
find that the Zotye vehicle should have begun selling in November of 2011,
according to Green Automotive Company. However nothing are being imported or
sold and Zotye is mentioning nothing about Green Automotive Company on their
website or any plans on selling automobiles to the US Market.

Reply:
Whilst I was not a part of GAC during the history of the Zotye relationship, I
understand that GAC rejected the possibility to import their small SUV as a
pure electric vehicle for the US market, because it did not pass one of the DOT
required crash tests. There remains a possibility to work with Zotye in other
territories where regulations on crash testing are less stringent and we are
exploring some of those possibilities now. The company made a decision to shift
its strategy from importing electric vehicles, to develop its business in niche
vehicle design development and manufacturing with a focus on zero emission
products.

Summary:

Green Automotive Company has a clear strategy to develop its business in niche
vehicle design development and manufacturing with a focus on zero emission
products. It is a revenue generating business which has made 3 acquisitions
since July 2012. We have done all we can to get this very positive news across
to our shareholders by press release, 8K filings and on our recently revamped
web site. Holders of 144 restricted GAC stock will be able to apply to have the
restriction lifted in December of this year and thus their shares will become
free trading. All of indicates that we are a company moving in the right
direction and conducting operations in a responsible way for the benefit of all
the shareholders.
