I have never filed a report before but felt this company truly deserved one.  I ordered glasses that were suppose to take 6-8 days to process.  5 days after ordering I received an email saying the glasses we're already done but had to be sent back due to a defect.  I called several days later to check on the status and that's when the lying started.  They told me so many lies I wouldn't know where to start listing them.  I cancelled my order 2 weeks ago and was told it would take up to 2 weeks for a refund.  I requested an email stating I cancelled the order and was promised one but never received it of course.  I called today and was told the order was just cancelled yesterday and it would be another 2 weeks for my refund.  

From what I've read this company is actually located in Israel, but has some office space in New Jersey and New York. If you don't mind waiting a month for you're glasses and don't mind being lied to over and over and over again than go for it but as for me I've taken my business else where.

We would like to hear more info about your order. We would like to better understand the information you received and how we can avoid this situation in the future. 

However it must be stated that GlassesUSA produces thousands of pairs of glasses per week. Among these thousands of glasses some are bound to fail our quality assurance standards and need reproduction. We hate delays as much as  our customers if not even more so. Please try and understand that these things happen and that we truly want our customers to receive only the highest quality glasses at the best prices.
