Ripped off on Postcard Printing Toronto, Beware!!

These guys are bad news and a printing scam if you ask me.

Took my money, took my files, and it came out way too dark. The print quality was really poor too, the printing was all fuzzy and the back of the postcard was not aligned right.

Getting a hold of them was crazy hard and I kept getting bounced around with lame answers till finally I talked to a guy name Ian who just sounded irritated to be talking to me and told me that they would not be doing anything for me and basically to stop calling.

Buyer beware I saw too late that they have an F rating from the BBB too L

I Love Eprint Fast

I have been using Eprint Fast for several years now and I am very pleased with their service. I have had many items printed by them and they have all turned out amazing. I have done poster, fliers, business cards, etc.

They can only print what you give them, so if the quality of the material you send them is no good, then your going to have a problem. In the past, they have emailed me to let me know there is a problem with the file and that I need to correct it. They get the job done fast and they ship fast.

As far as customer support goes, it is hard to reach some one on the phone, but I have talked to Ian and he is O.K. If I know that I have questions, I allow extra time to reach them.

As far as price goes, I have not found anyone that can beat their price.

The person that has filed this report has had a bad experience, but don't let this stop you from using them.

Their customer service is horrible and they will try everything they can to make it like you're in the wrong every time.  They never own up to any mistakes they make.  They seem to justify their arrogance by saying they are the cheapest printing business.  I rather take my business elsewhere even if it will be more expensive rather than tolerate their arrogance.

We apologize that you may have had a less than positive experience shopping with us. 

Our printing is only as good as the files we are sent. We do state on the website that all files must be 300 dpi and include setup guides to ensure proper bleed, safety margins etc.

We politely tell all clients who raise concerns about the print quality that we do require you to send back the rejected pieces for inspection so we can validate the extent of the print/cutting issues. Upon validation we will gladly reprint and ship the jobs back at our cost, or offer a credit that can be applied towards a future print.

We were unable to find your name in our system. Please provide us with your item# and we will be happy to look into this further and offer an amicable resolution.
