First communication I had with Trudy Foster of Diamond Credit Solutions was on 5/2/2014. A couple of days later about 5/4/2014 I gave her $200 for a special she was running for 6 months of credit repair. I showed up at her office 4144 North Central expressway, suite 600, Dallas, TX and handed her all of my detailed previous efforts to try and get my credit repaired with Equifax and Transunion. I also explained to her that I had a letter from Nissan stating that 30-90 days delinquencies should be removed from my credit bureau report for 12/10 thru 2/11 due to it being there in error but that I was unsuccessful in getting it removed myself. She reinforced that she was good at her job and knew what to do.
Early July is the first time I received anything from credit companies showing that she attempted to change things on my credit score which I forwarded to her through email as requested in the signed contract. During the month of July I received numerous letters from companies for things she had disputed with credit companies that were actually accurate. None of those companies even reported any delinquencies so I am not sure why they were being disputed but it didn’t matter to me as long as she fixed the one thing I requested which was Nissan’s reporting to Equifax and Transunion corrected. We talked once on the phone in July and had about 20 back and forward texts. We texted back and forward about 10 times in August and the last form of communication I had with her was a text on 8/1 in which she informed me that her results will take time and to wait for the new letters to come in from creditors. Last text 8/11 was to tell me the new price of her new special she was running. (I think this was her way of saying she was done working on my credit)
I waited for her efforts to show results as she requested. I rekindled communication 10/6 with a call, text and email. NO RESPONSE. Followed up with another call, voicemail, text and email 10/13. Then tried one last time 10/21 to contact her with no response. She is very unprofessional and unresponsive. I know that I am using the correct number because I had someone else contact her at the same number and she responded. Please BEWARE when using her services and good luck if you do. She definitely did not fulfill our contract of giving me 6 months of service. I have documents, signed contract, and call/ text logs to prove everything i have stated.

Trudy Foster continues to follow the same pattern in getting money from individuals in need of restoration services and fails to provide the service. She does not refund fees paid when she fails to provide the credit restoration service. Currently she is using RGC Financial as her credit restoration business. She harasses anyone who requests a refund. She sends out text messages offering deals for getting additional clients via referrals to cover her debts from other clients she has failed to help. I know if 3 additional individuals she has scammed. I have kept every correspondence received via text and email. She has no regard and should not be a part of any business accepting payments for services in any state.

Kenneth Woods, a client of Diamond Credit Solutions began is Credit Restorations Journey with us on 5/2/2014 to remove items on his credit report that were in error based on the FCRA Title 15 Chapter 41 as stated in our recitals.
The FCRA states that the Credit Bureaus remove items that are place in error, inaccurate and outdated due to the mistakes made by the original creditor.
Mr. Woods had several items that were removed from all 3 credit bureaus due to errors that were reported to all three credit reporting agencies.
Mr. Woods was focused on one specific item that was from Nissan Motor Company that the creditor verified that this was his debt. Only items in error can be removed from the Credit Reporting Agencies.
We then contacted Nissan Motor Company to verify the accuracy of the item that was placed in error on his credit report.
Nissan Motor Company provided documentation that this debt belonged to the client. Since then the debt has been removed from one bureau and not the other 2.
We will continue to fight this battle for Mr. Woods since he claims the item is reporting inaccurate until the Credit Bureau and Nissan Motor Company changes the status of the accuracy of the item listed on Credit.
