After receiving many calls at our companies from several job candidates looking for jobs, stating that CYBERCODERS had advertised positions in our areas, a group of 8 Hiring Managers (including myself) decided to see what was going on.  It seems that people with excellent qualifications in many cases, while looking for jobs, never heard back from CYBERCODERS and decided to find the employer themselves, based on location and job information as given and interpreted in CYBERCODERS job descriptions.
 
Our group of 8 Manufacturing associates (since early 2010) decided to apply for some CYBERCODERS positions ourselves with great resumes derived from our own job records (all true information, except name and company name changes).  The result has been that in over 100 resumes submitted to CYBERCODERS by our group of professionals, not a one of us ever received any communication back from CYBERCODERS.  To be clear, we are a group of 8 hiring managers at 6 different companies whose are highly sought after in our fields of work.  We do not work in HR, we do not staff,……… we work in manufacturing management. 
 
In our last endeavor in early January 2011, we applied for a position (Quality Inspection Supervisor, Metallurgy, Castings, SPC), that was posted by CYBERCODERS in both Parsippany, NJ and Columbus, NE.  The job descriptions were 100% identical and posted within a week of each other.  One of our associates is intimately involved in one of the geographical locations and knew for a fact that the position did not exist at their company or any other companies in the area.  The associate also knew that none of the companies in their area were related to, or had braches or affiliates in the other area. 

As usual, our resume attracted no attention from CYBERCODERS.  We contacted Sharon Brown · Senior Recruiter · 949.885.5157 at CYBERCODERS.  When we confronted CYBERCODERS, we received a response from Marissa M. Gonzales • Office Manager • CYBERCODERS • 949.333.3347.  We have copied the emails in as pictures for people to judge for themselves what is going on at CYBERCODERS and caution people to guard their personal information.
 
We have drawn the conclusion that CYBERCODERS is nothing more than a “resume farming” operation.  While none of the associates in our group have ever utilized CYBERCODERS, we also know of no companies that use CYBERCODERS as a staffing agency.  A well known fact is that the best companies do not use so call staffing companies, they hire themselves.  We would caution people about submitting their hard earned personal job histories and information to CYBERCODERS and companies like them.  They are not legitimate staffing companies and they have a motive for gathering your personal information.  In these times, this is dangerous.
 
 
We hope this information will be useful to people in protecting their privacy.  We also hope it will save them time in the future.  As professionals we encourage companies to hire their own people and remind people looking for jobs, that a direct application to the actual company doing the hiring and work, means they care enough to do the hiring themselves and have not farmed it out.
