I used crowdfunding buzz for promoting my crowdfunding. It failed and Howard Sharman insists he delivered. He did not. To lie about taking money is low but to take money of a chronically ill person is a low act. You did not deliver Howard so give me my money back. Only scum takes money of the ill and you are it. Refund the money 

You lost your credit card chargeback claim because we provided ample evidence that you received all of the crowdfunding promotion services you paid us for.

I have filed a chargeback but my bank refused.  Howard Sharman took my money and ran. I emailed them but they refused. How do I get my money back from this scumbag.

For those interested in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) there would be no small amount of fascination with the number of times this complaintant mentioned us by name (a total of nine times using every possible derivative of our name including spaces and hyphens at different times).

If anyone were to post a complaint against Burger King would they be sure to use the terms 'burger king', 'burgerking', 'burger-king', etc at various points in the body of their complaint?

Of course not.  They would pick the most comfortable term they know the best and stick with it.  It's hard not to believe this complaint is fake on its face serving only as search enginer fodder meant to decive people who are trying to conduct honest research to help them make an informed decision as to which crowdfunding PR firm they should use to help them reaching their crowdfunding goal.

Why did this individual take great care to use our name nine times with several different variations on the name, the spelling, the spacing and the hyphenation? More than likely they want to be sure the search engines pick up on this juicy fake review to turn away prospective clients of crowdfund-buzz.

That's becaue it's highly likely - but impossible to prove - that this complainer is actually a competitor to crowdfundbuzz.

I say fake review because, once again the poster's assertions do not match our records and the poster has yet to step forward and substantiate their claims against us with any sort of proof or documentation.

Let's be clear that fake reviews of Crowdfund Buzz can't carry any water because the person making those complaints can't come forward and provide even a shred of evidence to support their claims.

Thinking this through logically let's consider this bogus review of crowdfundbuzz objectively.  If we did indeed not perform as we were paid to, why didn't the complainer take issue with his credit card company? Surely we would stand to lose on a credit card chargeback if crowdfund-buzz didn't deliver on everything the customer paid for.

That's true of any merchant selling products or services anywhere in the world.  A consumer buys a pair of pants from a clothing store that falls apart after a single washing, or a diner pays for a meal at a restaurant for food that is clearly spoiled or subscribes to a monthly gym membership where the gym has broken equipment.  The persson paying for such products or services can make a proper complaint to their credit card company seeking to be reimbursed for the shoddy service or product at the expense of the business - in this particular case CrowdfundBuzz.

If such a case were to be filed against us we would surely lose on the spot as we couldn't prove we delivered what we were paid to provde.

How could Crowdfund Buzz still be in business since March 2013 prodiving crowdfunding promotion to over 2,000 clients if we simply pocketed a client's money and didn't deliver the crowdfundng services we were paid to provide?

More to the point - we have no credit card chargebacks for anyone in either May or June and we have no record of any client complaints of this type at all. 

If the complainer cannot come forward and provide proof of what he's claiming then I ask again his complaint be completely ignored and, even better, removed all together.

The complaint posted on June 6th, 2014 contains no substantial information to validate the claims made by the person complaining.  We don't even know the name of the complainant or the crowdfunding campaign they are reporting.

This individual has put a lot of accusations  out there but can't back up a single accusation with actual documentation.

We wouldn't still be in business since March 2013 if we simply pocketed people's money without delivering the servieces we were paid for.

Not knowing this person's identity, I did a general search among all of our consultant clients for iPhone chargers and found only one client who fits this profile.  Their campaign ended in January 2014 which leads me to question why this individual chose to post a public complaint six months later, if indeed this is the same client.

We quickly respond to every client communication either via email or telephone.  We're proud to stand on our record of rapid response to every client concern and can prove it each and every time.

I challenge this indidivual to post specific emails, reports and communications for close public scrutiny.  We keep very good records that clearly documents all client communications supporting the claims they're making.

If they do - great! We will respond with our documentation proving full delivery of all services deliveered as paid for so the public can decide for themselves.

If this individual does not step up and share documentation substantiating their claims then their entire complaint should be ignored -- and stricken from this website.

Still no word from Crowdfundbuzz about a refund or any information about my lack of results or… ANYTHING. Crowdfundbuzz has gone silent ever since they scammed me and my team for some basic crowdfunding press release for my crowdfunding campaign on Indiegogo. Crowdfundbuzz has not returned my calls or emails for the last 2 weeks. Crowdfundbuzz has thoroughly scammed me, and the guys at Crowdfund buzz don’t even try to hide it. Crowdfundbuzz is a group of blatant and total crowdfunding pr scammers. I have yet to even see a press release from them, I asked Crowdfund buzz for a copy of the press release so I could revise it, but they have never returned my emails. I sent countless emails and inquiries about their service and before I bought their package they ALWAYS responded. But as soon as I made a payment I never heard from them again. The Crowd-fund-buzz team has been doing this for awhile now. Just check out this latest thread that I saw popped up when I googled Crowdfundbuzz

Crowdfundbuzz Crowdfunding PR scam Review

This thread on crowdfundingforum.com just shows that others have been scammed before by crowd fund buzz too. and others will keep getting scammed by Crowdfundbuzz unless we stop them. The crowdfunding community is already well aware of the crowdfundbuzz scam network. Crowdfund-buzz is still the worst crowdfunding pr company ever. This report is to expose crowdfundbuzz for all they’re worth, terrible crowdfunders and terrible scammers too. I’m in the process of getting a refund as we speak, they keep fighting it though, Crowdfundbuzz loves to take a crowdfunder’s money.

I think it’s safe to say that my Indiegogo campaign has suffered greatly because of crowdfundbuzz. I put money, time and hope into their service, I relied on Crowdfund Buzz to get me some media and PR results. But Crowdfundbuzz got me nothing. Crowd-Fund-Buzz takes and gives nothing back, I will continue to update this report throughout the refund process with Crowdfundbuzz.com. I will not let the crowdfunding community be ruined by Crowdfundbuzz.
