This true report dated October 2012 regarding CreditCardBuilders.com, hereafter (CCB.com) and Ari Page the CEO. (In November 2011) I paid CCB.com $2500 to help us obtain like they advertise on the internet and promote on their webinars ( see ad below) $50,000 to $250,000 in business credit cards ( for each of my two adult children.)
CCB.com has not produced like they advertise, not even close. Even though my children (ages 29 and 24) had excellent credit ( fico scores well over 700) CCB.com was only able to obtain a total of about 6% of the business credit that they advertised,for my son and daughter. And they each had good credit with FICA scores well over 700 .
In addition I was later warned by two companies that CCB.com does damage to the credit reports.( with so many inquires that the fica scores are lowered.) True, their fica scores are now lower.
** I would not recommend CCB.com to anyone.They have been a BIG disappointment, a LOSS of money and a WASTE of time. plus many other problems. (read below)** BIG promises and very small delivery. **** But the bigger problem is the CEO, ARI PAGE.**** He continues to insult, bully, threaten and call me a liar.
He has harassed and frightened my daughter by calling her at work several times even though he has been asked not to call.. He now leaves nasty messages on her voice mail. He has threatened to call her and my son every day to harass them. He has threatened to destroy her and my sons credit reports if I report the truth to anyone.
He called her again yesterday after being asked not to annoy her anymore. He again called last night and threatened her and my son harm, by ruining their credit if I report any negative (but truthful) information about him or CCB.com. He has scared her, she believes him to be dangerous, because of his insults , threats, bullying, and persistent and constant harassing phone calls. Would you want someone to do this to you or your children?
He is the CEO of Credit Card Builders.com. He is trying to bully her and me so that I wont report him. He has told me that if I ever report his threats and insults or CCB.com poor performance to any agencies or anyone that his lawyers will sue me and my children even when I report the truth. In addition he promises to hurt the credit reports of my children even more than CCB.com has already done when I report the truth about him.
He does not want me to report the truth about his company nor him or his bullying, harassment, insults, and threats.. He constantly emails me with more threats and insults. His latest email (today) among other insults and threats said Iwas mentally unstable because I dont submit to his threats and bullying. His mafia or gestapo style intimidation may work on others , not me.
I do not like to hurt anyone's business but I feel it is my duty to report the truth about ARI PAGE and CCB.com. This is the truth. In total we have received only 6% of his claim of $250,000 business credit. We have also received a lot of threats, insults, harassing phone calls, and bullying by Ari Page the CEO.

Read the ad below. My daughter received only 4% of business credit, son 8%and Ari Page the CEO is threatening and insulting us? WE did not get what we paid for. Not even close,and he is angry at us? !!! CRAZY !!! My kids are afraid of this man and CCB.com. Result of doing business with CCB.com and Ari Page. Loss of $2500 , a lot of frustration, threats, insults, harassment's.
Now he is punishing us for reporting him by taking away the very little credit they has obtained for my kids. So I lose $2500 NICE GUY isnt he. Will you do business with him? Its up to you. Im sure others are afraid to report him, dont be intimidated. Yes, He is very scary but he and CCB.com are now on report for his behavior and performance.
($250,000 what a joke) I LOSE $2500, kids credit worse, and have dealt with his harassment, threats, insults, bullying. Who is next??? YOU???

Dear Credit Card Builders.com. Why must you lie and twist the truth? I am sorry to have done business with you. In my opinion you are just ripping people off. It is easy to apply for credit on our own. Who needs you? Just apply for 3 or 4 cards at a time every 3 months using as you recommend a fake company name for business credit. Make sure you are over 30 years old. Its definetly not worth your price, specially for all of the trouble you have caused me and my children. Too bad there has to be ripoff companies like you . Im happy to report this as a warning to others to stay away from you.

I did a lot of research on Credit Card Builders before actualy signing up with them. I had received several invitations to webinars from Mr. Ari Page & attended quite a few of them Of course it sounded too good - so I assumed there would be a catch. But I work closely with Mr. Bob Leonetti for my business and I honor his word and recommendation. I spoke with several of their employees and they even looked at my credit before I signed up to make sure that we would not be wasting time or money. Their people were always very kind and took time to answer all my questions. I had read some posts like this one on the internet when I Google them, and their people were very open about the situations surrounding the negativity, and realistic about what the program can and can not do. After about three months of research and talking to them, I finally sign up. I've been a client less than 60 days and I have $78,500 in credit in hand. I have had a great exerience working with them, but I guess it depends on your credit and your understanding of the service they offer.

Hello, my name is Liana Alexander. I am the Office Manager for the Tampa Credit Card Builders processing office. I recently held a meeting with the team of processors who worked on Mr. Derosas file: Amanda Paris, Lisha Weaver, Ward Leiter and Zac Ricci. The following is a summary of our working relationship with Mr. Derosa, from the time he signed up until now. The situation with Joe Derosa is unfortunate, and warrants extensive explication. Credit Card Builders has serviced over 700 separate individuals this year alone with only one major client complaint: Mr. Derosa. At nine months into our twelve month program Mr. Derosa has received $40,500 in usable credit lines. We advertise that under optimal conditions you can raise between $50,000 $250,000 in useable credit in twelve months. Mr. Joe Derosa has made the details of this transaction public; on this precedent we will clarify the facts of the situation.
To date, Mr. Derosa has received over $40,000 and has not allowed us to complete his membership. Moreover, he did not ask for a refund during the sixty day refund period. If he were to continue, we could help him raise another $10,000 or $20,000 in usable business credit by the end of his twelve membership period. The key operator here is if he allowed us to. We are also willing to extend his membership to reach the desired amount of credit. But as you will come to find out, Mr. Derosa may have other motives for resorting to online defamation. Whats especially disturbing is the personal attacks that Mr. Derosa has made on one of our principals, Ari Page. I know Ari personally I know his wife, two beautiful children (and his dog). Ari goes out of his way to make our office feel like a family.
He has taken the entire team on various company expeditions, including our families. The man that Joe Derosa describes does not exist.
Recently, I did a Google search for Joe Derosa, using his already public email address of: 101ezloans (AT) gmail (DOT) com. I found out that he is actually a competitor company, offering Hard Money loans.

He claims to be retired, yet he is still actively promoting his Hard Money lending program. With the information that Mr. Derosa is a competitor, one should discount the validity and the veracity of his complaint, since hes in direct competition with Credit Card Builders.
When Mr. Derosa signed up for our program, he was told that he did not qualify for our program due to him having bad credit. He was informed right away, while he was still within his 60 day refund period. Because of this, Mr. Derosa decided to use his adult children as his credit partners. The adult children, Jay Derosa and Carley Derosa, in their early 20s, were minimally qualified and we advised him of this as well. While Joe was still within his 60 Day Money Back period he was advised of the different funding options, considering the limited credit profiles of his adult children. Mr. Derosa wanted to move forward to see how much credit he could get anyway. Our team was able to leverage their positives resulting in over $40,000 in usable credit lines.
Mr. Joe Derosa, Carley Derosa and Jay Derosa have all signed Power of Attorney forms with our company. These forms allow Credit Card Builders associates to contact said client at anytime regarding their file. When Ari Page attempted to reach out to Jay and Carley, Mr. Derosa threatened to call the cops for harassment as he has no desire to compromise and solely wants his own way. This seems to be his modus operandi. (Again, a Google search of Joe Derosa and his already public email address of: nerja2 (AT) aol (DOT) com shows a comment linked to a Zillow post that shows a character reference in which Joe Derosa asks a question on the forum. Then, when the answer was not what he desired, he rudely berated the person who took the time to respond. )
Joe Derosa claims that Ari Page harassed his children because Ari called Carley to discuss the situation and see if she could reach out to her father to organize a conference call in order to solve his issues amicably. To date, Credit Card Builders does not have Jay Derosas telephone number, and have never spoken with him verbally. We have had regular contact with Carley, who told us that she did not trust her father and that she wanted to be included within any communications related to her credit. Joe was furious when he found out that Ari had spoken with her. We had to remind him of the Power of Attorney she signed. Carley continued to claim that her father has hurt her credit before and that she didnt trust him as far as she could throw him. Carley wanted us to continue rendering serves, but just keep her in the loop so Mr. Joe Derosa could not hurt her credit.
Ari called Carley (as she had requested) to discuss the unilateral decision that Mr. Derosa was making to close his CCB account. Ari also mentioned to Carley that Mr. Derosa was attempting to blackmail CCB into giving him $2,500 while also keeping the $40,500 in credit. The way that Mr. Derosa translates this phone call is: Ari is threatening my daughter. Mr. Derosas dispute with our services is more likely due to him being a direct competitor of ours and possibly exacerbated by his own familys distrust of him.
If someone chooses to cancel their consulting services with our firm, we shut down the lines of credit we have set up. This is publicly disclosed on our Terms and Conditions page, which is agreed upon at the time that a client signs up. Mr. Derosa has known about this policy since he got started.
In this case, Mr. Derosa had already spent all of the money on Carleys credit line and if we shut down those accounts it would show up on Carleys credit report as a closed account with a balance; lowering her credit scores by a few points.
Throughout the process of building credit for Mr. Derosas partners, he would increasingly become not only unpleasant, but also uncooperative and confrontational. He would fail to follow our advice, as well as resort to accusatory statements implying that we were not doing our job. On multiple occasions Mr. Derosa was caught in untruthful statements regarding his credit and the credit of his partners. This continuous duplicity made it hard for my team to do our job properly. Before posting his negative report, he sent us no fewer than 22 emails threatening and attempting to extort a refund from us. Mr. Derosa has been well aware the whole time that if he was dissatisfied, he could cancel within the first sixty (60) days as is clearly listed on our website. Instead, Mr. Derosa chose to accept ancillary services from our company that cost over $500 in order to maximize his gain.
Then, starting on October 2nd, even though he had already raised $40,500 in usable credit, he began to continuously email us threats of what he planned on doing. This was the second time he has email barraged our firm and made these threats. The first time was in March of 2012, at which time he had raised $15,000 in usable credit.
Our consulting program is a process, and advertises to help clients build between $50,000 and $250,000 in business credit over the course of 12 months. We do not guarantee that youll reach any specific amount of credit. Legally, a credit broker is not allowed to. Instead, we can legally offer a Money Back Guarantee with a term of 60 days and work on a best efforts basis.
Mr. Derosa demanded we obtain $250,000 for each of his credit partners, which with their situation was not reasonable. He continued to pressure the consultants he worked with, and became increasingly difficult to work with over time. Even so, we continued to work with him, and his credit partners, showing great results considering their age and tenuous credit history.
The truth of the situation is that he paid for our service and we provided that service. He had the opportunity to obtain his refund within the first sixty days, but chose not to exercise that right. When his demands became unreasonable, he proceeded to send us a string of frenzied emails threatening to slander our company on the internet, which he has obviously done.
Credit Card Builders has made best efforts to work with Mr. Derosa and even offered to extend his membership past the normal 12 months in order to reach a desired amount of credit. Instead, Mr. Derosa made the decision to cease service and spread false and libelous statements.
As the Office Manager, my goal is to make sure my team performs and pleases every client to their expectations, 110% of the time. The reality is that, from time to time, when dealing with a large number of clients there is always a percentage where there is a disagreement. In these instances, most discrepancies are solved through care and consideration of each others viewpoints. In the instance of working together with Mr. Derosa, unfortunately even our best efforts could not satisfy his demands.
Even after all of the taunting, attempted extortion and harassment, we remain committed to working with Mr. Derosa, he simply needs to contact us.
