Please be very careful to use Carmel Limo Car Service in New York.

Especially be very careful to give them your credit card information.

They charge your card and then they don't perform the service, either not showing up or releasing the driver if they don't find you in the next few minutes, without even making the effort to contact you.

Hello,

We apologize for any misunderstandings or harships presented to the individual placing the complaint. However, we would like the opportunity to dispel some myths. Carmel Car & Limousine successfully runs a 24/7 car service operation with reach in over 300 Cities nationwide. Needless to say, we take our operations very seriously.

Carmel successfully delivered over 1 million trips in 2013 and there are protocols in place to ensure the company meets it's demand, one of which is wait times. As standard protocol passengers are sent messages 5 minutes before pick up to remind passengers that the vehicle is in route. If an airline pickup is requested, passengers are notified to phone dispatch upon luggage recovery and indicate identifiable information so that the driver is able to properly meet them. Of course, given such a large city, we understand that sometimes things do not occur so smoothly, but we ensure drivers are at the site for a number of moments to allow the passengers to be properly paired with the driver. Now, drivers cannot wait all day, as they have a number of reservations to tend to, so after a while of waiting, they must move on with their daily reservations.
