I was one of his victims whom paid the money in order to give him fake testimonials even before i started my courses with him. He offered me $200 cash plus one free course. Trust me all these people who gace him testimonials are poor immigrants who cant even speak proper english. I recognized two of the ladies who were struggling to pass the exams for 2 years and they dont even have the licese now and I cant believe they gave Scammer BOB refani testimonials.
Please think twice before you handin him the money. He is very rude. When you ask questions he looks at you like you are dumb. He makes you feel like an idiot. You ask him questions he makes fun of you.
Please attend his class to see it yourself to believe it.

BABAK REFANI "BOB REFANI" from REALESTATETUTORING.COM is selling other tutors notes. he does not even know how to speak proper English but he is teaching. He is teaching from borkerage and forcing people to sign up with his brikerage and making recruting money from his brokerage. he is using hidden contract and force to signup students. He makes over $1000 per new agent from his Brokerage.

He pretends that he has exam papers from OREA and he knows people from OREA. He should be in Jail for this types of lies. He is posting false statements about other tutors and using scare tacticsso he can have all the business. he tried to use me to go after innocent tutors out there. he is scare of other tutor's success. Once you pay him he does not tutor any more. He will give you old notes from other tutors and pretends he is selling Exam Papers.

 he has a Police case against him for violating compititon act and scamming people. he is charging cash money from people so he does not have to claim as a tax. His English is extremly poor. I think he barely completited his high school. I failed my exam 3 times and joined different tutor and found out he is selling their notes. He NEVER REFUNDED MY money. His Scam depends on:  

1. Lies (he has exam papers, very high educational back ground, he taught many students etc)
2. Bad Mouthing (put dirty false info about other tutors and scare students to join him, he is the most experience in this business, other students were his students etc)
3. Teaches From brokerage ( this is a very good cover up for his to scam students)
4. Busy Spamming (he is every where, he is more busy to advertise than teach)

Hi folks !! I just wanted to respond to this guy who claims Bob Refani is writing the last posts. Let's make it clear I live in the USA. I live in Hawaii. I never tried to hide that fact. I'm not sure what that has to do with anything ? Bob is allowed to know people outside of Canada. I have known Bob for over 6 yrs now. I know him probably more than most of the people on here writing about him. I'm a real person and I will talk to anybody on the phone if that makes you feel better. Transparency is what I offer. I will tell you anything you want to know. This other guy is very jealous of Bobs success. He can never change that either. Bob offers real results. This guy offers nothing other than a smearing campaign to make his business do better because Bob is a major competitor. Ok take care everyone.

Hello I would like to make a comment to the complaint filed against Bob Refani. The first thing that I want to make clear to everyone reading this response is that everything this guy said is not true at all. I have known Bob Refani for 6 yrs now and I have nothing but great things to say about him. This man that wrote the report has been giving Bob a very hard time throughout the years. He steals Bob's signs around the community, he writes negative comments about Bob, and has done numorous other acts that I consider to be harassment.

 He is trying to tarnish Bob's image with false accusations. The man that wrote this negative comment also has done this to other people. Bob came to Canada in 2001 and started his business from scratch. He has dedicated all his time and resources into becoming one of the most successful real estate agent in the Greater Toronto area and the # 1 real estate instructor in Toronto. His success speaks for itself.

 At anytime you can go to YouTube and listen to the testimonies off his past students. The guy that wrote this negative comment against Bob claims that Bob does not know English. Well if you actually read his post there are a lot of words spelled wrong in his comments. Maybe he needs to go learn English.  Please disregard the negative comments written towards Bob Refani. I will tell you 100% right now without a doubt Bob is a man of loyalty, integrity, duty, and respect. You cannot be successful in Bob's business ripping people off. His classes are full every class for a reason. People trust him.

Hi; my name is Ali. I am BOB's former student. Let me tell you folks a very important thing. All these reponds are written by BOB itself. I promise you. He is a sneak. All the tutors in the city have families but they dont take every long weekend off. BOB never tells you that he takes those days off when you register and then all of a sudden you realize that your exam is next week and he wants to take a vacation. He never starts the class from beginning of the book, You have to start from wherever he wants. If you are taking course 1 you will see that he never starts from the beginning thats why people fail their exams. BOB is so rude, You cant ask any questions, he always make you feel dumb. I swear to god, I dont lie to you. I lost my money because of him. I will never ever forgive him.

All These replis are lies and written by BOB Refani itself. People cannot get refund from him. He teaches old notes from Indian Tutors. People go to him and they are stuck and they cant get refund. He scams people by his group classes and then when you fail he charges you another $1000 FOR ONE ONE ONE TUTORING. Other tutors are way better than him. He never answers any questions. He just hilites the books and asks you to read. anyone can read ofcourse so we better take OREA classes instead of taking bob's classes. PLS PLS PLS BECAREFUL BEFORE GIVING MONEY TO HIM. The first time I went to Bob Refanis real estate class, I was very impressed with Bobs teaching abilities, I decided to sign up with him for the three real estate courses, I was never forced in any way to sign up, it was my decision and it
has been the best decision that I have ever made. I have known Bob Refani for four months now and I think that Bob Refani is a wonderful man.  

I have been going to his classes every weekend and he has helped me tremendously.  Bobs techniques and methods of teaching are great, he is a very smart, patient and resourceful man.   Bob Refani has never lied to me in any way shape or form, I think that he is a very honest and loyal person, he will help you until you pass your real estate exam he
never turns you away even if you dont pass your exam, he encourages you to keep trying and not give up. 

There are days that I cant make it to the classes as I have a family too. Bob is always warm and kind when I come back to class and never gets mad at me for not attending.   I understand when Bob takes some time off his busy schedule to spend time with his family, Bob dedicates his life to real estate seven days a week and the man deserves a break too.  I know that his teaching techniques work because I see and speak to students who have completed his classes and are successful passing the real estate exams and they tell me that if it was not for Bob they would not pass the exams.  I totally recommend Bob Refani as a tutor, it was the best move I have ever made.

hey i think you just frustrated that you failed your exams. i've seen other tutors as we as students from orea all do. i know that alot of them use the same notes. but bob does explain things properly . english may not be his primary language, but we live in canada, alot of people have accent. if you plan on being in real estate this is a common thing, and if your not smart enough to deal with a language barrier then you are going to have a very hard time. 

if you fail your exam bob doesnt abondon you he allows you to come until you pass. i should know i fail course 2 twice. does Bob have students who fail .. yes .. but he always works with us until we ourselves give up or until we pass.  its people like you who makes him out bad but if you really look at his students we all pass sooner or later. in real life real estate we may go months that are slow no matter how hard you try but we never give up and thats what you did you gave.

Does bob take the long weekends off ... yes he does but always remember bob has a family and he has so much living to do he is still young and maybe he cherishes his family time.  If you knew anything about realestate you would know that we work alot on the weekends . i find the weekends is a critical time to be in touch with my clients. without the weekends many realtors would go under, think about it how many weekends does bob give up for his students. no matter what he makes at his school he can make more if he worked the weekend. he does this because of his commitment and passion for teaching.

And he doesnt force anyone to join his brokerage, there are no secret contracts, or hidden clauses if you cant read the payment form properly I feel sorry for your clients.

Remember he gives up his weekends for his students when he can make more working the weekends.

He has helped me and I think your frustration has made you sour or maybe even jealous.  Bob has asked his students not to feed into this propaganda just to focus on our studies.but i just wanted you to know that bob refani is a young family man who treasures every moment he can spend with his family

and he nevers leaves any of his students. he never forces or tricks anyone to join his brokerage he encourages us to do our own research on different brokerages and pick which ever one we feel is right for us.  and his english is a remember that Canada is  multicultural and  we need to learn to respect everyone's background .
