When Did I harass you or bitwine?

You guys made "predictions". On your page it says that "predictions that do happen.". NONE of your predictions came true. I had every right to question your integrity. I went to you and other "advisors" on bitwine because your "false" advertising.

Yes, I posted on bitwine forum to warn others from being scammed like me.

Stop calling yourself psychic or Seer's voice, Jamey. You are nothing but uneducated soccer mom who preys on people's weakness.

And to compare yourself to doctors is completely disgusting and insult to real doctors. Doctors went YEARS of training. They are educated, studied to get where they are

You and other "advisors" who claim to be "psychics", "readers" or "seer's voice" whatever you wanna call yourself. You people are nothing but uneducated people who give people cold reading and SCAMMING our hard earned money.

How do you live with yourself Jamey? Even doctors, doctors who went throyugh formal training, can be sued for malpractice.

What you and bitwine do on daily basis is just scam people. that's why you people have "the only for entertainment purposes only" disclaimer.

and the fact that YOU shared my name on an OPEN forum just showed how "confidential" our sessions were. lol

As you can see Jennifer "the manager of bitwine" is friends with the psychics on bitwine.. including Jamie Seer The Voice. God, I still can't stop laughing at her name.. Seer the voice? Good stage name?

She doesn't use her real name on her paypal account... and yet none of her predictions came true.. yeah she's the seer voice... alright LOL

Anyway. see the screencap and judge it yourself. if you click any of their profiles.. they only have a few friends who are ultimately the psychics who work on bitwine. They do not use facebook to socialize like one would. They use Facebook to communicate with each other and well, you know what else they do...

Be smart people. and more importantly. Bitwine and Jennifer are ignoring my emails in regards to this situation. I guess as long as "psychics" like Jamey making money for them and bitwine get the 25% cut. who cares if the clients are the victim. Jamey clearly stated my name in an open forum.

Doctors may warn other doctors about blank/returned checks, Jamie. I did pay for our session. but your reading was inaccurate and was far from the truth and you revealed my name to other psychics ONLINE. How is this okay for you to reveal my name/personal information to your "co-workers" on the website? How is this the same as returned checks? because you DID receive your money already.. I am TRYING to get it back as your prediction WAS off and YOU revealed my real name.

I don't understand how a psychic can accused a custumers of lies or scamming !

If I understand the situation Doreamon86 come for a reading, and his psychic on bitwine reveal his name on a forum.

So First, I have to say that as a psychic or any kind of service community CAN'T reveal name or any information because of the clause of privacy. And bitwine have it, and if anyone make a violation of this law, he has to be remove of the list of psychic and have a file against him.

This is the law, and bitwine can't ignore it !

So instead of making fake statement about custumers, they have to repair it to punish the psychic and make excuses to the custumer.

Also I advise you to file a report to the police station, because if that website didnt respect the privacy policy, they will take care of it, and they have all the tools to check this website, and possibility given to the psychic.

Contact a lawyer online, this is an interesting case and maybe this website is a total fraud.

You accuse me of doing illegall activities when you yourself leaked my personal information. If a doctor gets a blank check.. yes it is illegall.

but on your page it says you give accurate reading... and your "predictions" do happen. Well, your predictions and the other "advisors" did not happen. so why shouldn't I get my money back?

You STATED ON YOUR PAGE YOU WOULD GIVE AN ACCURATE READING and IT WASNT. So who's the scammer here? you or me?

Paypal ruled in your favor because paypal cannot actually investigate if your predictions did happen or not. as long as you showed them the transcript. and you did give me the reading. and I claimed it wasn't as advertised. because it wasnt. it wasnt accurate or real.

I filed paypal disputes because NONE of YOUR predictions came true. and the only reason Paypal ruled in your favor was because this was intangible goods...

When YOUR predictions didn't come true like you said you would.. why don't I deserve to get my money back?

Seer voice, my a**. GET A REAL JOB. "Psychic"

This person tried to scam me and other advisors on Bitwine, then got mad when I let another advisor know they they were not the only one he did this to.  He came to me for advice, then filed a dispute with Paypal saying that he never received my services.  Paypal has since investigated and ruled in my favor.  I am sure that this persons illegal actions are what caused them to be removed from Bitwine. This is credit card/banking fraud and is illegal.

His claim that we talk about clients and reveal information and provide scripts on Facebook is an out and out lie.  He has never seen this group.

We do have access to transcripts of the readings we have done.  Just like all registered clients have access to any reading they have received on Bitwine.  However, just like clients can only see what readings they have received, we can only see the readings we have provided.  Thank goodness for that, as this is how I was able to prove to Paypal that I did indeed provide services when he tried to scam me.

This client has continued to harass the Bitwine community by posting within the forums, laying false accusations and has not taken any responsibility for his illegal actions.

If a doctor gets a returned check from a patient, they are going to let everyone that handles money in their office know not to take any more checks from this person, and they will do this by revealing their name.  This is not a breach of privacy.  To think that because I told another advisor that she was not the only one he filed an illegal dispute against, as me leaking confidential information is truly delusional.
