The information provided in this report below is based on comments made by Roy King during an onsite inspection held by a third party verification company with no biases towards Best Drug Rehab.

Best Drug Rehabilitation is a substance abuse rehabilitation center. Roy King stated the following about his company’s business model, "incorporating as many things within the field of substance abuse into one building. We just don't limit ourselves to a twelve-step model or an MRT (Moral Reconation Therapy) model or anything. We offer a variety of different things to try and connect the individual spiritually, and to [the] treatment."

Leads for Best Drug Rehabilitation are primarily obtained through a call center that they have in Battle Creek Michigan. They additionally utilize on-line marketing. The services process begins when a potential client expresses interest in getting help for their addiction. From that point, Best Drug Rehabilitation will access what program will best suit their needs, and go through insurance to explain the options available to the potential client.





CUSTOMER CARE & COMPLAINT RESOLUTION – BEST DRUG REHAB

During the on-site interview, Mr. King was asked to describe a situation where a client was not satisfied with the level of service they received. Mr. King expressed the following, "when you're dealing with people from/with substance abuse issues they call a number of places, a number of helplines and stuff like that. So we see they get confused with what they were promised." Mr. King expressed that clients may confuse the services available at various locations, "that's probably the only time that we really get complaints about the level of service is when they thought that we had a swimming pool or something like that and we didn't have it, you know?" In order to remedy this confusion they, "basically handle it the best way we can, and usually within a couple of days they get to know us and see the compassion and the amount of people that are willing to be here to help them and those things pretty much disappear." In addition to empathy with the patient, Best Drug Rehabilitation records all of their phone calls so they can ensure clients that they were provided with the correct information.

When asked to comment on complaints posted on Ripoff Report's website Mr. King explained that the reports were in correlation with an employee who was not following the standard that Best Drug Rehabilitation has set for their employees. The employee in question was terminated due to their actions. In order to further assure future and current clients Best Drug Rehabilitation center is licensed by the State of Michigan and accredited by CARF (commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation).

When asked what type of changes they have made to honor their commitment to making things right with the consumer per the request of Ripoff Report, Mr. King stated, "all of our counselors are master’s degree or higher...we’re fully licensed in professional individuals."
