Avesil TOTAL RIPOFF BUYER BEWARE Internet, Florida

It is absolutely true what you read here about this company.  Do NOT fall for this "trial offer" scam.

I normally search consumer complaints prior to ordering any product on the net.  However, for some reason, in this particular case, I first ordered and then checked consumer complaints regarding "Avesil".  BIG MISTAKE.

Within minutes of placing this order, I submitted two (2) emails and made one (1) phone call to their so-called "customer service".  I emphasized they were neither to charge my credit card nor ship any product, i.e. IMMEDIATELY CANCEL, CANCEL, CANCEL this order.  I was assured, by Avesil, this order was canceled.  Again, I did this within 10 minutes of placing the original order!

Now I find a charge on my credit card! Needless to say I have disputed the charge as fraudulent activity, I've had it removed from my card account, and I have sent yet another email to this bogus scam of a company.

However, now I DO look for them to do exactly what I have read, i.e. Avesil's "M.O.".  I surmise next I will receive the "trial product" which I canceled the original order for; then I will have to return the product (at my expense), which they will claim they never received, and then I will be billed about $90.00 for product I never should have received nor been billed for in the first place!

I am confident I will get it straightened out eventually, as my credit card holder is very good about removing fraudulent charges and addressing this type problem themselves.  However, it's the very idea that this is Avesil's common business practice and you have to go through this hassle when you shouldn't have to go through anything at all!  Again I say, "canceled within minutes of placing the order.  They were specifically instructed NOT to bill my charge card nor ship product."  I was assured by their customer service this was taken care of, yet I discovered the charge on my credit card the same day!!!

STAY AWAY FROM AVESIL.  ADDITIONALLY, REPORT THIS INTERNET FRAUD TO THE APPROPRIATE FEDERAL AGENCIES, AS THIS COMPANY ABSOLUTELY DOES NOTHING BUT FRAUDULENT BUSINESS!!! 

Noteworthy, I've also read their product contains an ingredient being investigated by the FDA.  Additionally, I've read their product doesn't work that well, either, in terms of assistance with weight loss and appetite control.

TOTAL, MAJOR RIPOFF ALL THE WAY AROUND!!!  STAY AWAY FROM AVESIL!!!
