You place your order with Zaful and then your order just sit's there for weeks saying "Processing". I emailed them 4 times with no response except for they received my email. Luckily I went threw PayPal and excalated a claim. They said that my items have been shipped and left a tracking number and now they are saying that they won't ship my order until I cancel this claim. They know once you cancel a claim you can not file another one and then they get your money and you get ripped off. They will also say that they shipped your item and then if you do get a shipment from them ... it's a shower cap. Then you have to pay for shipping this shower cap back which takes about 3 weeks. I don't know why PayPal continues to deal with these bogus companies but they do! Do not fall for any of the stores from China because they are all tied in together!

IF YOU HAD THE EXPIERNECE THAT I DID YOU WOULDN'T BE SO DEFENSIVE!!! JUST BECAUSE YOU HAD A GOOD EXP DEOSN'T MENA EVERYONE WILL. DON'T BLAME IT ON IMPATIENT PEOPLE EITHER. I WAS VERY VERY PATIENT. I'M GLAD YOU HAD A WONDERFUL PURCHSE BUT NOT ALL OF US HAD ONE. SPEKA FOR YOURSELF INSTEAD OF BLAMING THOSE OF US WHO HAD A HORRIBLE PURCHASE!!!

I just wanted to rectify this false report that included SheIn which was listed along with Zaful as being a scam, of whom do not satisfy orders when making a purchase. I recently purchased 4 dresses from sheIn in one order just this March 2016. Very great pricing and free shipping. The shipping wasn't supper quick but about 2 weeks. I didn't mind, I wasn't in any big hurry. It was in fact shipped from overseas, China area. I received my order, everything as advertised. Also the dresses where beautiful and I have received multiple complements on them. So much so, I've referred many friends to SheIn for make good buys on great looking clothes. I am more than satisfied.
However I can't state any facts in the same manner for Zaful. And this is just my opinion on this issue but impatience customers who jump to conclusions, making bad reports out of haste, wont make any sell very happy to accede with a customer whom is tenaciously incompliant themselves.
