Below is the email I sent to the owner still yet, Four days later to get a response, my money back, or qualifying leads. Do not use this company they speak to you very unprofessionally, they do not deliver as promised, and as well you will get no return on your investment with the poor quality you do receive if you are lucky enough to receive anything at all. I am currently seeking legal cancel to retain my money invested with no product in return.

As a fellow business owner I hope you take the time to read
this. 

 I have engaged in a business transaction with you dating February 17th with Jason Rendina (who threatenly represented his self as your cousin). When the transaction started on Thursday the 17th I informed him this was a test run to see if I wanted to invest the whole company using these leads, and that I would take the leads myself. I then asked how quickly he could deliver 20 leads he laughed and said I can get all them in one day, I said well let’s do 5 a day when can they start he informed me they could start on Tuesday of the next week.

Then when Tuesday came around the 22nd he informed me he forgot about presidents day and it would be Wednesday or
Thursday at the latest when it came Friday morning and I still had no leads as I had wired your company $700.00 a week prior I understandably called worried I had been taken advantage of. His phone went straight to vm every call and the
operator always said he was busy. He finally emailed me back:

Bob,

They generated a VA purchase
yesterday however, I told them you paid for Refinance.

You’ll receive something today.

Then informed me I would have something that day. As I told him I would take purchases if it was going to be this slow. He then emailed me 4 leads all generated on Wed the 23rd  in which the purchase lead mentioned above ended up being in OHIO when I asked for VA, and MO leads. And the other three where good on paper but turned out that one has still yet
to answer, one was underwater and one said they never talked to anyone. Now those 3 I understand and do not blame you or your company for that is the market.

So I was excited to get more on Monday, Monday as he told me the following excuse to our problem: 

Bobby,

I found out what the issue was.

They generated leads but they didn’t have you in the system on a post because they usually do live post not
email.

They are going to email me over the leads they generated in 1 minute and I will email them to you.

Not sure why we are not doing live post but ok all is good now right? Wrong! We did not get leads from Thursday or Friday of that week so I sent this email:

 
Jason, 

New week and it is me again,

Hey I need to know when I can expect to receive these leads we got 3 last week that were from Wed night only.
So am I not going to get these every night? If I ramp up to get more leads then would this work different?

I just need some communication this week please as I am confused on some things it seems.

3 leads in one week is not really going to help me feed my family. 

All he replied back was a question mark..

So Monday night at 9:04pm your time I finally get 3 more leads, these were 2 leads at 5% and one that had written down 9.5% but when contacted the consumer told me he told the tlemarketer he was at 4.25% and that we could not help him out. Here is what I was promised below. 

 Bobby,

 They must be an interested party that meets the specific
criteria, 100k+ Home Value (20% of the prospects will be from 100k-150k & roughly 80% of the prospects will be 150k+ you will receive jumbos)

You will receive Fair Good & Excellent credit – We shoot for 80-85% on the LTV for Fair-Good credit and 90% on the LTV for Excellent

They must have a job & steady income 6% or above on the interest rate

The cost per lead is $35 and they are delivered via exclusive real time post. We can deliver 10 per day for 5 days on a test. The price may go up afterwards.

As discussed we can start the campaign in roughly 2-3 business days.

 As you can see all three of these were not in the perimeters of 6% so now I have 7 leads in which 4 of them are bogus. After many emails back and forth and Jason being very unprofessional I ask for a refund and all to stop as I am getting skeptical of this company. I call and ask to talk to a manager all week only to never retrieve a phone call back and all calls being screened telling me no one is available to speak. Then at 7:19pm on Tuesday he sends me 6 more leads in which two of them are at 5.75% again lower than 6% after we just had this conversation and I get a hold of one that said they are
at 9% although it was bad credit I email on Wed that I am sorry and apologize for getting so upset and it seems that some of the leads are correct and feel more comfortable. Then I go WED, THUR AND TODAY with no leads again frustrated here is our thread from today and if you do not see a problem here with the way he is talking to me then maybe I am crazy.  And I have turned over a copy of all of our email conversations and a written statement of why I feel this transaction was mishandled and I was taken advantage of and mistreated to  Pam Bondi’s office. I have informed her that I have asked for a refund and been denied and been delivered only part of a product I paid for as well as not received my replacements for the product that was outside of that as promised.
 
Is she your cousin too?

Here is what I expect in a business transaction such as this and tell me if I am wrong. 

An apology for the way things went from the beginning and an acknowledgment that it is getting
fixed and quality will be delivered.

-         
Talked to like a professional not told “I am pulling crap” or any other slang that has been used in our emails.

- Be able to reach my contact via phone, not always having to leave messages that are never returned.
-         
Kept up to date on what is happening to fix the issues and an eta on when I can expect the leads
promised.

Follow through on guarantees
         
If all but laughed at about the small size of my sample campaign and told you can deliver all 20 in one day not take more than two weeks to get all 20

To be able to talk to a manager with my concerns when calling in not told everyone is so busy that I have to leave a message with an operator and still no return call after well over 20 messages left.

Professionalism, professionalism, professionalism!!!! 

I understand not all transactions go smoothly but the way this has been handled by you and the company has just frustrated me beyond belief you claim every time I get upset I am out of line because you are “going to bat for me” or now “you are trying to fix things for me” well actions speak louder than (in this case) emails. And I have seen no improvement the first time you said you are going to bat you delivered leads that had three outside of our perimeters, then now we have two days sitting stagnant and all you tell me is you are waiting on your cc manager, waiting on him to do what??? What is he doing??? When is he going to deliver again??? These are questions that should be no brainer for you to get the answers too and yet I am made out as a bad guy for wanting these answers. I can only hope you treat your larger accounts with more respect I will never be one of your larger accounts because this “test” run has proven to me I would have a heart attack if I had 10k on the line with your company.

Jason in business communication will take you a long way, you need to communicate the actions that are being
done never leave someone hanging with no answers especially when they have money on the line no matter the amount small or large.

You seem like a great guy and I probably seem like a crazy sob, but try and put yourself in my shoes this is my business and my livelihood. 

I have called in for 3 weeks and no one has called me back I can only email you and you cannot give me answers always blaming the cc manager so I want to know what is going on it has been two weeks and I cannot get answers or leads I hope you understand my frustration.

I have said nothing different than express my frustration I guess you do not read my emails?

You left me hanging all night last night again with no answers then still yet to talk to you today until your
boss tells you I am trying to reach him.

13 leads 7 of them bogus in two weeks! 700$ spent and no answers.. would you be happy at this point?

So all I am asking is this someone with more professionalism to handle my account, to get credited for the 6 leads that were bogus I get my remaining 13 leads and we move on. I do not see why this is so much to ask for.
I do see quality in your leads the ones that are as promised so I do not want all this bad blood just want communication and to be informed. I want what I paid for at a pace that was promised. Can I get this please. If I can get this
I would be interested in purchasing more as I can see this to work but Jason has pushed to many buttons calling me names and speaking to me like a high school kid. I admit I lost it and acted unprofessional back and pre-materially
contacted the attorneys general and my attorney but you seem to not be calling me back either and that dumbfounds me. If I have a client calling in upset I resolve the situation immediately no matter if my sister (whom works for me) is
the person they are complaining about. This is business and I am sure you understand. Please get back with me that we can continue this transaction under the supervision of another “business developer” and hopefully get off to a
better start and prosper together.

This is false as the contract took place on the 17th I was promised leads to be delivered on the 23rd and did not receive leads until the 25th Yes I did freak out because I could not reach you via phone and you would not respond to messages left as I had just wired you $700.00 I am by no means slandering the company rather letting the public know of my transaction so that someone else does not go through what I have. As the public can see in your response your name calling and your slandering of me and this web-site. 

Here is my complaint I started with a contract stating all leads would be above 6% and I would get 5 a day for 4 days starting on the 23rd. I did not receive leads until the 25th in which I received 4 leads I DID call all 4 that night one was in wrong state and one said they never got contacted by anyone, one I tool full application on and they were underwater on the home which warranted the email above and one still has not answered the phone. 

I then did not receive any leads for another 3 days so yes I still tried to contact Jason via phone with no response only to my emails I had no choice but to ask for a refund as I was uncomfortable with the transaction. Then after his arrogance and name calling he continued to send me leads outside of the perimeters promised. I did lose it as anyone would at this point. I then did apologize as seen above in an attempt to try another approach to get my leads as promised as the other approach was not getting me anywhere, then on the 16th day of this transaction he sent me more leads again outside of perimeters (remember the contract said I would have all leads in 4 days) 

So then completely frustrated my Business partner tried to play good cop and get the leads he did reply to him after not replying to me for days. and then sent him 3 leads one at 5% and one at 3.75% and one that was in perimeters. My partner then emailed him back asking for replacements and the remaining leads still owed, after 4 days still no response so I took this action. He then emailed me a threat calling me brother for the actions I have taken on letting the public know of our transaction. 

I can promise I am not bi-polar as they say yet someone that has spent money with a company and had a contract that was not fulfilled and rightfully became very upset. I am now exhausting every avenue to make sure no one else has to endure what I have over $700.00 as some could potentially lose much more. 

Thank you for taking the time to read this. To this date I still am yet to get either Jason or a manager or the owner on the phone ONCE with many attempts and still have not received the leads I paid for or my money back. I hope all understand my frustration and understand my temper to be just especially with being called names and me never doing so rather just asking for a refund or what owed as promised.

I'm sorry Bobby however, your view on how things actually went down is a little distorted. You were very impatient and we got off to a bad start.We started one day late and you wrote: "I need you to call me. I at this point am not comfortable I have another outlet that can deliver me exactly what you are claiming for the same price. I do not like the none contact and false promises.. I would like to receive my money back and part ways.
Please let me know when I can expect my refund."

I would say you were freaking out a little bit. We sent you one lead in the wrong state when we sent the first 4 leads and said we would reimburse you, no question. That's just an honest mistake. We delivered refinance leads and you turned them down because the homeowners had 5.75% interest rates. Your slandering may actually get our company more
business. Your own partner said you have a temper.

The cc manager agreed to replace 4 leads.



You called the first lead and said

The first lead was a purchase lead so i am a little confused on that.

Besides that, if somebody starts complaining after they get their first lead
its usually a very bad sign especially if they have been given four leads and
complain before they call the other 3.



Over 4000 clients and 2 complaints is not a big deal. Our record speaks for itself.

You can hand 10 people a gold bar and somebody is going to complain.

You might be that somebody.



We sent you 16 leads and agreed to replace 7 of them! We did this while you
were complaining morning day and night via telephone and email. I cant believe
you even had the audacity to place us on this scam website. The owner of this
website is a wanted fugitive. ha



I understand that you've had issues with other lead vendors and your upset
however, don't give us the black eye for the experiences you've had with other

I think you are in fact what society would deem to be as bi-polar.

Everything was fine. You were just very impatient about getting the leads and
we got off to a bad start. You also complain a lot which is OK. The issue is you've
already slandered our company all over the web and are still expecting us to do
something
