YooCare is a scam, these are not experts. Do not take your computer to them or let them access your computer, they are criminals. I had called them to have a technician remove a virus blocking my computer, they made remote access to my machine, but in the long run nothing happened, they did not find anything. (I paid for this)

I eventually found easy DIY removal steps from a third party websites and fixed my machine with a Malwarebytes program...
Well, a week afterwards I get a call from "Davy" at YooCare (same number as before) saying my computer is infected, as if they forgot I called them a week prior (almost as if they were doing a telemarketing scam).
They claim, even though they never told me this, that they installed something on my computer to remain in the background that catches viruses, etc.

For whatever purpose they wanted to make a remote connection to my system again, but this time I would not allow it.
My computer system seemed fine, I just had everything fixed.... but within 10 minutes a new virus had appeared. Just as Davy from Yoocare explained it...

This is just very strange behavior, I feel as if YooCare is spying on me. This company is a compete scam, these people are very dark bad people.

It is proved that YooCare is legitimate company

AUTHOR: Anthony Seal - (United States of America)

POSTED: Monday, January 28, 2013

I would like to share my experience with YooCare to all the users who were trying to prove if this is a legitimate company.
I can't thank the guys from Yoocare enough because this company is a great help! This is the first time I contacted YooCare because my computer is locked by a malware. I'm 47 and thus an older computer user and our generation sometimes needs help with tech support, more than young people it seems. Even though I was able to unlock my PC from safe mode with networking, it is still difficult for me to remove this ransomware manually myself. Therefore, I contacted this company to do it for me.
And I have to say this is absolutely a legitimate company, also the guy who helped me called Wesker is polite, friendly and patient. He sent "a lot of smiles :)" during our chat to make me feel relax and comfortable as you can imagine the time I was panic when the virus popped up. After running the remote tool called Teamviewer and simply give them my order reference number,  they remotely fix my problem within 15mins! That is a magic!
I appreciate the technical knowledge and professionalism in how the work was accomplished by YooCare.

My Experience Tells

AUTHOR: Bryan L. - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 23, 2013

Recently, I've contacted yoocare to have my laptop fixed, due to a redirect infection mostly called search here tab. I am real computer illiteracy. Luckily, yoocare expert guide me in a very clear and effective way, and he/she had my problem resolved in really short time as told before my decision to use the service.

Before giving my consent to the business, I was worried at first about the remote access through teamviewer (in fact, the remote control can only be reached with my permission). I searched for teamviewer and yoocare as well from google, and I found lots of convincing information, such as paypal certification, consumer reviews, etc.. Also, I can see all the infection removal process clearly just at my eyes, which is very professional. Truly I can tell that yoocare is legitimate indeed and offers good customer service. I will heartily recommend them.  I know where to go if I need it again.

I don't agree with Haley as Yoocare is not a scam but a legitimate company

AUTHOR: Gary - (United States of America)

POSTED: Wednesday, January 23, 2013

Let me tell you about my experience, lol. May be same as many other people who had a bullshit fbi warning virus that blocked the computers, and i couldn't do anything but were asked to pay $300. It scared me so i searched online, and found yoocare, and the live agent told me it is a scam only, my god! The agent John coached me to resolve the problem in a very short time. He was very patient, efficient, and very clear with instructions. As i am a 71 year old man without computer knowledge, but i need my computer. I don't need to send my computer to them but stay home, it is amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The survey wouldn't let me give an 11 !

And i did call john via their 800 number 1-800-821-2392 to confirm the order with my order reference number (They told me it is unique). I forgot to tell you when to decide to buy their service, i ordered one plan after reviewing the details about Yoocare company from http://www.yoocare.com/about.html and http://www.yoocare.com/testimonials.html.

So I can honestly say YOOCARE, really Cares! The legitimate company and has well trained experts! I would highly recommend them.

Gary

Please provide your order ref # to prove you have signed up YooCare service. Also, there's no Davy from YooCare.
We're not allowed to leave any program inside customers' systems besides from Teamviewer which is a world famous remote tool.
You're either a competitor or one of the malicious websites listed on our websites.
