SCAM ALERT. PURCH RIPS BUSINESSES OFF

So I had two interactions with this company that proved to me they are total hacks. One was when I called them to look into some search engine marketing solutions for my company. First, their prices are outrageous compared to other better companies that are also trusted Google partners. When I asked them how they could optimize for mobile users while trying to forecast Rank Brain's potential crawling ofmy site and still create a positive user experience for desktop users, they had nothing to say. Then I saw samples of their writing and it looked like children in some forced labor camp kept in their basement wrote the material. There were tons of typos and grammatically incorrent paragraphs. 

Then I went to their website www.tomshardware.com, and had a rude conversation with the idiot they hired to run their social engagements. Also, the people writing on this site took articles from other sources and simply changed the wording around. Talk about pathetic. The fact they make it difficult to directly contact them shows they have good reason not to give the community direct access to them. Looks like they have a lot of angry people trying to get in touch with them.
