I purchased a website from www.ipage.com and noticed a money-back guarantee and total customer satisfaction guarantee.  I found out that the web page was impossible to set up.  They charged me anyway and then deactivated it.  They claim I never paid for services rendered.  On Sept. 9, 2012 they charged me another 14.99 for a domain name that is not being used because they shut the web page down shortly after I paid them.

THey will keep billing you even after you stop using their services.  Don't use paypal to pay them... they will plunder your account

avoid these crooks like a plague .. their guarantee is bogus.

My name is Melissa and I am the Social Media Manager here at iPage. I would like to investigate this concern and assist in a resolution. In order to assist you further I will need some details, for instance was the account recently created or was it created last year and it just automatically renewed the domain? If it was created last year and auto-renewed the domain then a full cancellation request was not received and the domain was on automatic in Domain Central. By default all accounts have automatic renewal unless otherwise disabled or canceled.
