Jeff Berwick the CEO of TDVPassports (http://tdvpassports) is a con-artist that has been arrested several times in Canada. He has served time for fraud with his old company Media Corporation. This is why a Canadian is living in Acapulco Mexico now and not in Canada or in any of the countries he is peddling passports, like The Dominican Republic, Paraguay, St. Kitts, Cambodia and Dominica.
Be aware of this con-artist.

Still awaiting any actual proof
AUTHOR: Caly - (Spain)
SUBMITTED: Wednesday, October 26, 2016
This is to anyone reading this page and falsly thinking that Jeff Berwick is a con artist.
He is not.
I'll respond to both these fabricated claims.
Background:
He is a well known, high profile agorist entrepreneur since many many years, with several high-profile projects and meda occurancies in his portfolio. An proliferent entrepreneur of epic proportions. And there are plenty of documented cases of happy people he helped expatriating, and his investment services and advices are well renomed even far beyond his customers sphere. We all make good money from them. So does he of course. Ruining such a reputation and revenue-streem over relative chump-change would be financial suicide. It makes zero sense for anyone who know Jeff.
Also, he lives in Chile AND Mexico by preference, not necessity. He's been to over 100 countries doing business and lecturing, and as a traveller, I can attest that Canada or USSA don't rank very high on the list of nice places to live. You are simply making up things as you go, either just from unfounded assumptions, or intentionally comitting character assassination. Either way your statement is blatantly false, he lived there long before any of this as far as I know.
To falsly claim that Jeff has been arrested multiple times is a criminal offence, just to point that out, bt it is not relevant in any case.
Jeff is also quite known for his activism and civil disobedience against state oppression at large, which is a rather heroic thing. I can't know for sure about Jeff, but I have been arrested a couple of times, so have many friends of mine. It does in no way suggest that anyone is actually a criminal of any kind. Legality does not equate to morality or virtue. Gosh. Only god slaves never gets arrested.
"Evidence" ?:
I have worked 7 years as the department manager for reclamations, complaints and returns at one of the biggest mailorder retailer in Scandinavia, so I know quite a bit about this kind of procedures. Even if most people lack similar experience, it should be obvious to the rational person that this is pure slander, at least after I point out the following:
The "evidence" provided here are only hearsay, namedropping and (easily manipulated) screen captures. Nothing of actual substance.
Those TDV guys are some seriously busy people. Thinking that "proof" of sending messages on Skype or addig people to cc in an unsent mail constitutes any tangiable evidence of fraud, think some more. This is not facebook. Also, as a content writer and translator freelancer, I often get requests to simply fill up empty space in magazines, and they will bite at almost anything to get a complete issue. Linking to old spanish-speaking newspaper articles does not hold up either. You could have written them for all we know.
In _ r e a l _ cases there are actual real evidence. None has been presented here.
Where are the contract copies?
Where are the receipts for the claimed transactions?
Would anyone belive that you send $30.000 US to someone in a foreign country on a mere promise, without recieveing or demanding any proof of transaction?
Please.
Who is the actual con-artist here?
Who paid you to slander Jeff and TDV?

Unhappy Customers
AUTHOR: Kevin Schmidt - (USA)
SUBMITTED: Sunday, August 09, 2015
Jeff states he has no unhappy customers. Well I am one of those unhappy customers. And certainly if one can read, they can find many unhappy customers from real people (mostly NOT competitors like Jeff claims) who have been defrauded by Jeff and his company TDV Passports, along with his real estate development in Chile that he tried to get me to partially fund (which I am glad I did not), and a host of others.
I believed Jeff was a reasonable person and my thoughts mostly aligned with Jeffs thoughts in his blog. Hell, I was even a guest blogger on his site once. I liked him to the point where he stayed a night at my house near a conference he was speaking Dallas.
So with the belief I could trust Jeff, I paid for his service to obtain residency status in Paraguay, along with my wife, brother, his financee, and my mother. A year later, two out of us five have received a residency card. But now that is in question because we have to further investigate these cards due to the local newspapers writing two articles about Jeffs people on the ground in Paraguay being arrested for fraudulently making these cards. In the meantime, the rest of us had no update and had to practically beg for a response from Jeff and his partner or whatever he is, Chris Martin.
We simply asked for the case number for each of us that the government of Paraguay gives every person going through this process of obtaining residency. This case number should have been in TDV Passports file and sent promptly with no issue. However Chris has not sent it because he doesn't have it, because they do NOT have any of our case numbers, if he had the case numbers there is no reason not to provide them. They lied and are frauds. It's that simple right now.
Once Chris and Jeff responded to my emails they attempted to reassure me all is well and the case numbers will be emailed shortly. Well the case numbers have not been sent and nothing of material value has been giving by them.
I'm almost postive that Jeff or Chris will respond to this. I will not get in a discussion with, what thus far, have been proved to be con-men. If they provide the case numbers to prove we are actually in the Paraguay system being processed or give us a refund, then I will happily sing their praises in a follow up post here. That's a big "IF" right now.
If anyone would like to read our request to TDV Passports and their unprofessional responses then call me: 318-402-1811 or email me: Kevin_Schmidt@me.com
I urge anyone who has been defrauded by Jeff, his associates or companies, to attend resource, liberty movement, or financial conferences where he attends. At these conferences are many approachable real businessmen who would like to know not to appear on his podcast because these men don't want to be associated with a fraud.
Again, if Jeff makes this right, then I will let the world know. I'm not holding my breath.

TDV & Jeff Brewick Scam

Jeff,
I can appreciate the fact that you left your email address in reference to the last complaint and that you told him to contact you. I can also appreciate the fact that you are asking the individual to provide proof. These are very valid points and if Steve had a legitimate case, I woud hope that he would provide proof.
That being said, I can provide all the proof needed to document the fact that I have reached out to your company and yourself multiple times and have never heard back from anyone...including yourself.
Attached you will see the recent email I sent to do as well as a string of skype chats to "Chris Martin" who so elegantly sold me on the PY passport and the expeditated program being 100% legal, legit and something that would be as easy as 1-2-3.
Fast forward over 2 years and almost $30,000 of my own money no one in your company (including you) will contact me.
I have sent several emails to Chris. Zero Reply. (Chris was my main contact)
I have sent multiple emails to you, Mr. Jeff Brewick himself and not seen one single reply.
I have even CC'd multiple people on your team (//tdvpassports.com/about.html) and not one single person has replied.
Either you have them trained to not respond or they genuinely dont care (not sure which is worse) but I am deeply saddened that it has come to this.
I have never in my life posted to a board, or filed anytime of formal complaint as I do my very best to exercise patience, give everyone the benefit of the doubt and ultimately hope they do the right thing.
At this point I am convinced this will not happen and unfortantely I have to resort to posting on boards to try to get a response becasue I cannot get one any other way.
See the attached images and please reply if your as credible and of the level of integrity you are leading on to be.
Kindly,
Anthony

Arrested! Jeff Berwick's TDV Passport Agent in Paraguay Busted for Fraud
AUTHOR: Jason Smith - ()
SUBMITTED: Thursday, June 12, 2014
Here is the evidence that Jeff Berwick's TDV Passports is a fraud run by a bunch of hucksters.
Jeff Berwick's TDV passport agent in Paraguay was recently arrested for fraud and selling fake documents and selling paths to citizenship that did not legally exist.
Basically there is this guy named Nicholas Peter Rubini who was told by Berwick's TDV passports that he could get an expedited Paraguayan passport in just 6 months (an option that legally does not exist) in exchange for $30,000. To this end TDV Passports arranged a meeting with their local agent in Paraguay Claudia Bettina Muller. After Muller flaked out on Rubini, Rubini contacted the police who subsequently raided Muller's residence and seized a load of fake documents. Needless to say now the police probably have a list of anyone who was idiotic enough to pay TDV $30k for their Paraguay passport option and will soon find themselves in trouble too.
Here are the links to the stories, they are from Paraguayan and German (Muller is a German) news services. If you can't read them, use Google translate.

Conveniently the Paraguay option has disappeared from the TDV passports page, whereas just a few days ago it used to feature prominently.

We are still waiting for proof, Steve! You have not provided any evidence to back up your ridiculous claim, just as we expected.
You have our phone numbers and my personal email (jberwick@tdvmedia.com)...why haven't you contacted us to verify your claim? Why have you not posted any evidence on this thread to back up your accusations?
Obviously, your complaint was bogus and you are clearly either a competitor of ours or you are an “internet troll” being paid by one of our competitors.

Rebuttal to this easily debunked slanderous attack

Haha, this is hilarious. I am Jeff Berwick and I have never been arrested in my life. I sold Stockhouse.com in 2002 to Stockgroup Media Corp (all verifiable) and served on their board of directors in 2007.
I purport that whoever posted this is a competitor trying to run our name through the mud. If this poster wishes to post ONE item in which I or TDV Passports ever defrauded them I will debate it openly here. However, the chances of them posting are 0% because we have had no unhappy clients in our history.
You can look up my background all over the internet for the last 20 years. If anyone has any questions please feel free to post here and I will respond personally.
