I verified some of the information Shawn posted.  For example, Kemi Olunloyo was a deported illegal immigrant in Canada.   Just because you had a war with Shawn does not justify teaming up with that woman.  It took over five years to deport Kemi Olunloyo who was a threat to Canada.  Your personal vendetta was more important than our safety.  That is shameful.

I find it hard to believe that police officers would waste their resources examining your phones and computers. 

You should stop giving anonymous sources any credibility about what Shawn is doing.

Guess what? The Lake County Sheriff's office and I had a real long discussion and I DEMANDED they take ALL of my computers. memory cards Computers (six of them) and EVERY single solitary storage media I had and thoroughly examined them.

They were given complete access to both of my cell phones as well as to all my e-mail accounts and social media sites.

Guess what? They found absolutely NOTHING to back up what YOU and others have accused me of. Thanks to YOU and the others I have lost my business, My home and everything I own.

You seem to think it is a big joke to ruin people's lives for the sheer pleasure of it.

We had an agreement and you have violated it. The people who post here are those you are CURRENTLY having problems with. I have no idea who they are. I get sent files in my e-mail detailing what you are currently accused of doing.

I am the person William K Murtaugh is attempting to slander in this report.

You will notice how he puts my full legal name and my youtube handle in the initial report.

If you google William's name you will find he has a long drawn out history of making false allegations like this about anyone he doesn't like on the internet.

William is what you would call a media chaser, he is the type of person who has nothing better to do with his time than to sit on his computer all day involving himself with homicides in his area, he was particularily interested in children who were murdered in the Florida area.

William even went so far as to impersonate the media by purchasing a news van and actually responding to police scanners so he can impress himself onto media and police.

He is basically creating these pages and reports to garner sympathy from people, I personally think he might be suffering from a mental condition.

You will notice there is an assortment of other "rebuttals" from people claiming to be associating with me through various means of social media, unfortunately this is not the case at all. I have never interacted with them.

Kemi Olunloyo was an illegal immigrant in Canada using false names and collecting money from homicide victims families claiming to be a liason for the Toronto Police. Myself and a few others got together and had her deported from Canada, you can google "Kemi Olunloyo deported" and see for yourself.

Before Kemi Olunloyo was deported she attempted to create blogs slandering myself and the others who helped have her removed from Canada.

During this time William K Murtaugh was being made fun of on 4chan, he had just been exposed as a fraudulent news media wanna be. (google)

I made several comments pertaining to this situation about William,  people found them to be of a humorous nature, William was not very happy.

William runs a blog called murtwitnessone, he uses it to "expose" people he meets online, by this time William is  googling my youtube channels, my twitter handles, my facebook, my family and friends, the guys insane. William used this medium to attack me, I responded with vigour.

As the time passes I began to lose interest in William and moved on to better things, it appears William did not want to let it go and continued to slander me and attack others associated with me online.

Years pass......

One day william googles my name and sees I am interacting with Kemi Olunloyo, it was around this time that Kemi was being deported. William and Kemi compare notes and team up to rally against me.

Then Kemi is deported.

I would also like to point out Ray Mawhinney and Nathan Rajkhowa are going back and forth with each other online (they are the two guys arguing about the barrie examiner) I believe Nathan is one of the people who helped me take out Kemi and Ray is Nathans new victim, they are all over the internet saying the same stupid s*** about each other. Basically all of these guys get bullied by someone in the real world so they become introverts and start googling and reading anything that has the word bully in it,  I think that is how I got this Ray guy following me all over the internet, all of the parties communicate with each other, what used to be a great slam page slandering me  has unfolded into this mess you see today.

I am the one who filed the original report against Shawn McQuaid. The reason for doing so can be seen in the first post. His actions caused a great deal of damage to me and my family and the results of his actions continue to cause damage to this day.

While we did reach an agreement to leave each other alone and go our separate ways, Shawn McQuaid has yet to live up to his part of the agreement which was to correct the mistatements he made and delete all the social media accounts he created about me.

At this point there is nothing I can do. The damage he and others have done cannot be undone. Why he chose to go after me in the first place is something that was never explained.

I never knew who he was until he suddenly started after me. It took a great deal of research to find out exactly who he was and what he has been doing on the internet.

The unfortunate fact of life is that there are thousands like him. These people have nothing better to do then disrupt and ruin the lives of complete strangers. They have no morals or regard for those they choose to victimize.

The actions they take are solely for their own amusement. My suggestion is that you continue to bring out any factual information about Shawn McQuaid or anyone else who are stalking and abusing people on the internet.

Law enforcement has yet to adaquately deal with people such as this and it will take a great deal of public pressure to force them to do so.

If Shawn is reading this, it is time to man up and clear the record. You need to find something better to do. You are young and have a lot of options for your future. I suggest you govern yourself accordingly before it is too late.

"Mike" is Shawn W Mcquaid. He wrote that fake rebuttle trying to escape his own doing.  As you can see below and the blog, he has been cyberstalking and cyber bullying for years.  He has even tried to write fake reviews against companies and professionals he does not like. This person making these allegations has been cyberbullying people for many years and they have been reported to law enforcement for it. Unfortunately, nothing has been done officially about it.

I mistakenly responded to an older comment here but the statement I made in that rebuttal remains the same.

Recently, there had been postings on Twitter using Mr McQuaids name. I was immediately contacted by someone from Canada who is familar with the legal conditions that Mr McQuaid is subject to and informed that he did not contact me.

In reference to the October 8th comment made here that I SHOULD have responded to, I am familar with the accusations against Mr McQuaid posting in a Canadian publication in the same manner he has done in the past.

That part I cannot confirm as I do not have the resources to do so. I can only comment on any alleged actions by Mr McQuaid against me personally.

There seems an increasing trend for people labeled as trolls to go on various social media websites and destroy people's lives simply as a game with no other goal than to get their "lulz."

Most of the time these individuals are those with severe substance abuse problems and personality disorders that cause them not to be able to sustain normal personal relationships.

These trolls generally lack the morals and ethics necessary to interact with society as a whole.

In the case of the allagations placed against me, there have been several investigations DONE AT MY REQUEST by several law enforcement agencies to either confirm or deny these allagations.

These investigations included computer forensic examinations of a number of devices and storage media that I VOLUNTARILY turned over over to my local Law enforcement agency and also giving up my 5th amendment rights.

If anyone wants to continue to believe that the accusations against me are true, then that is their right. If people want to take the time to investigate the charges themselves, they are also free to do so.

Remember this, however. The next person you read about on this website that may be accused of being a pedophile or worse, may be YOU.

Govern yourself accordingly.

To the person who wrote in recently implying that I was seeking revenge against Mr McQuaid. I would suggest that you rely on OTHER sources besides Google and other search engines. These search engines only reflect content placed on the internet by sources that may well be biased and more than willing to place false content in place.

NO wearch engine has the ability to distinguish between what is genuine and what is not. Anyone can say anything on the internet and there are no means of verifying that information without extensive research by knowledgeable individuals who understand how the internet works and who also understand just how to get the valid evidence necessary to confirm or dismiss what is posted here or elsewhere.

After my latest post here, I was contacted by an appropriate source who assured me that whoever put up the latest twitter account and other social media account in Mr McQuaid's name was, in fact, an impersonator.

Mr McQuaid is under a strict guidline as to how he is to conduct himself and he is not going to risk the dire consequences of violating that guidline.

At this point, I am no longer concerned at who is going to believe or not believe my side of this story. The personal and econic damage done to me is irreversable. Any proof of my innocence is not going to change my current situation.

In two days from the date of this posting I will be 64 years old. Judging by my current health, I would not expect to be alive beyond the next 5 to 10 years. I will then be able to be over the suffering that I have had to endure for the past 15 years at the hands of those who relish destroying the reputation and livelyhood of a comple stranger.

As you can read by going to those links, the man is touched in the head.

In an attempt to remain relevant this Author has decided to fabricate lies to gain sympathy from people he meets. He is a sad and lonely individual.
