After collecting $$ and not shipping item, they then tried this last scam, trying to get $150 "refundable shipping" fee:

hello, everything went ok and i could not use ems   again and  i have just received this mail. tnt is asking for 150$ for refundable insurance and i have emailed them that why they need money again. when this payment is made the tracking number would be issued and hope that you confirm with me when you receive the package. the money is refundable insurance and they made mention it would be giving back to you when the package is delivered.

i am sure you would have to send the money to  me again so that i can go there personally. you would get all your refund.waiting to read from you soon
