So Chen, let me get this straight, you will only correct the mistakes after the REAL negative reviews start to hurt your sales?

You did not help the poor customers you scammed for several weeks, it was not until the same day you replied to this review that those customers on Yelp said they got a call from you ..

We are sad to see that this is the impression that has been given about us. Unfortunately, there have been competitors that have been posting false reviews about us online in order to boost their own sales. There is little that can be done about this except to continue to go above and beyond what is expected of us. We pride ourselves on our outstanding customer service and luxurious, accurate mid-century modern reproductions. This can be seen everywhere from our 7 Day Return Policy to our custom ordered furniture to our products’ fine craftsmanship.

We believe that this review is a hoax. It is extremely biased, vague and surprisingly racist. If it was from a genuine customer, we urge you to come forward and provide details about your case because we would love to hear about it and come to a resolution. When customers do have issues, we do our absolute best to fix them. For example, Angela O. on Yelp (yelp.ca/biz/rove-concepts-vancouver-4#hrid:mI_iWKmE6L2v0dx9XToSCw) had a delay in the delivery of her table. By the end of the situation, she had raised her rating on us significantly because we had “gone above and beyond [her order by offering [her] a satisfactory solution.” However, unlike this case, the RipOffReview seems to be fake.

The RipOffReview also discredits itself from its inaccurate information and discrimination. We are unsure as to why someone would care what race the owners were or why it would have an impact on the company. As well, our chairs certainly do not cost $100 to produce, nor do we sell them for $800. Clearly this writer did not take the time to research his false review.

Our company is entirely focused on producing high quality furniture with fantastic customer service. We are regularly lauded on our quality products and the friendly, competent staff that goes out of their way to help. On Reseller Ratings, a very reliable site, WilburDecarr said that he “would recommend Rove Concepts to all our friends and will definitely buy from them in the future” (resellerratings.com/store/Roveconcepts_com).
