 First it was G. preston Parker, then it was Preston Parker, now it is George Parker. The creep can change names but it doesn't mean his character has changed. Beware! BTW, he was found by the AZ State Board of Accountancy to be merely an employee of Parker Egan CPAs, never a partner.  

Q: Can you believe that a CPA would stoop so low as to post defamatory material on this website? 

A: It would have to be a lie to be defamatory. Kathy did not lie. You lied when you promised to sell her all assets of the business but underhandedly and deviously stole assets from her. You and your lawyer misrepresented your situation to the Board of Accountancy. Can you believe a CPA would stoop so low as to sneakily steal databases and software from his employer and use it to compete against her, ignoring the signed covenant not to compete?  Can you believe a CPA would harass his former employer with disgusting emails which came from his own IP address and then throw his adult son under the bus and blame him for it?

A: Unfortunately it is true. You admitted to the police some of what you have done, which you had no right, permission, or authorization to do. CPAs are held to a higher standard of ethics, and stealing and lying are not habits one would expect from a CPA, which begs the questions, "What were you thinking?", "Why do you think you have the right to steal, cheat and lie to people?", "Whatever made you so desperate that made you do anything so disrespectful, dishonest and foolish?"



False statement: Kathy Egan is angry and on a rampage against me because I didn't continue working with her. 

Truth: Kathy is angry that she paid you for a business which you sold her but are stealing back in a dishonest manner. No reasonable person would have ever bought a business knowing beforehand that the seller never actually intended to keep their word. You did not keep your word to her, and you did not respect the contract that you agreed and signed.

Kathy Egan is actually relieved you are no longer working for her, as she has seen so many examples of your "work" product. Kathy, all the people who work at Parker Egan CPAs, and many clients were disappointed at the tacky, sleazy, dishonest, cowardly and irreponsible manner in which you departed.

Preston Parker sold me his firm, all assets, tangible and intangible. That includes the ENTIRE client list. I have been paying faithfully for the past 4+ years. After we had set up appointments for him  for this tax season he refused to come to work, giving only a 1 day notice, and worked out of his home instead, contacting my clients, which he had no right to do. He has removed many assets from my office without authorization. He or members of his family have spammed me with distasteful emails coming from the same IP address as his personal email. He broke the covenant not to compete. He made derogatory statements to my clients, stole clients, and solicited clients which, under the contract terms, belong to me. His actions have inconvienced my staff, caused them incredible stress, and through his actions he has disappointed so many clients. He ran an unlicensed firm until April 3 of this year. He made me a ludicrous offer, after stealing approximately half my business, that I wouldn't have to pay for the rest of the contract if I took back my complaints to the Board of Accountancy. Why on earth would anyone pay for 2/3 of a firm only to get half?  He is not a reasonable or fair person. He is not an ethical or honest person, and the truth will come out. 

Can you believe that a CPA would stoop so low as to post defamatory material on this website?  Even if it were true (which it's not) do you think it is something you would expect from a licensed professional?  Kathy Egan is angry and on a rampage against me because I didn't continue working with her.  From what you see, would you want to work with her?  And it's not just me.  She is a disturbed woman who has posted trash against at least four others.
