Welll, after many back and forth with Gina on providing my ID and her reason for it (to prove I am over 18) after I have repeatedly told her I have been on her site near a decade and diffinitally look over 35 she now came up with an other escuse. I have told her it is illegal to ask for goverment ID so she replied she'd accept an other form of ID with my photo, full legal name and DOB. Then I have told her that such ID's with these info can only be govermental, that not even a univeristy card will have all that info (DOB) for privacy reasons they use student numbers and that I am obviously over 18 so I don't see why I have to provide such personal info on myself. IMO, SHE'S GATHERING INFO FOR LE, NO OTHER RESONS TO FISH!

First off some of the providers on the site has been on P411 since the begining, it is insulting to ask us to prove we are 18+ when we have been on her site longer than that!

It is highly illegal to ask copies of a persons goverment ID in return for services or anything else actually. The goverment imply this law to keep people safe from FISHING ID and IDENTITY FRAUD. 

Blocking services that was normally offered, and taking someones ad hostage till they get a goverment ID is ILLEGAL!

eros.com has been doing the same to Canadian and it is highly illegal, they have been reported and the goverment of canada fraud division has open a case on them.

Enough taking advantage of us by asking ILLEGALLY to provide our personal goverment ID in return for our ads back.

Gina is a dirty scam artist and criminal. The whole "we will discard of your personal info and not keep it" is total BS! She cheats clients out of money, charges hidden fees, will close your account without warning and probable cause. She ades and a beds illegal activity that's not unique to their site. Your info is not safe with her. Do not sign up for this site!

I have found this site to usually be a great resource in this matter there is NO RIP OFF w/ P411.

Gina in fact can't come to the U.S. for fear of prosecution.  She is a cheat who has many cases pending, the majority of which are fraud.  She has made it a habit of collecting fee's and information then turning around  and closing your account then selling your personal information.  Don't trust them or her.  

Preferred411 advertises a screening/security process, but the fact is that eccieleaks and LE has infiltrated their screening system.  The increased security measures she now requires is proof of that.  Unfortunately, now that the floodgate is open, you can't be assured that the provider that is P411 verified is not LE or even a real provider.

Also, the screening that Gina does is quite easy for any agency to circumvent.  I have received multiple reports from ladies stating that they were busted by their P411 +3 client.  This statement by Gina is a farce "Please understand that we are going to confirm that you're a legitimate client somehow."

P411 states "We will usually check your employment info and/or provider references. "  How do they do that?  A simple phone call to the "company" you work for.  Hey, I'll give you a fake company and number Gina and you can verify me.  Gina is more interested in making that $89/year fee than she is in security.

Give it a try for yourself.  Apply for P411 and tell them you are Mickey Mouse and have them call Disneyland.  As long as you get them their $89, you are in.  The "security" they offer is implied, but not real.

This statement was made in the initial report. "Gina is dealing with LE issues in the United States and will not ever set foot in the US. "

This is very much a fact.

Gina has changed the policy that states you need to send at least 3 pictures of you with your ID, holding it up, clear by itself, and so on.  Check her site and this is fact that you can verify yourself.

Call Gina and ask her to come to United States soil and see what she says. 

Go to her website and see where she states that in order to be a P411 provider that she needs:
"A clear photo of you, holding a sign with the following written on it.
a) your P#
b) date

I MUST be able to compare the verification photo with the photos to be used on your page. This means that if the photos you wish to have on your page are blurred, I will need to see the unblurred version of thosephotos for comparison. If you use body shots on your page, your verification photo will need to include a body shot."

Think for yourself and put 2 and 2 together.  Verify these facts for yourself.
