Patrick Calderon the owner of SmartCrowding LLC and crowd.co and suggests he is a crowdfunding expert who can assist in our crowdfunding campaign. We have never had such a bad experience with someone in business consulting for our campaign.

As per his elance profile and linked in profile, his experience seemed very good and when you first talk to him he seems like he knows what he is talking about. He even signed us a term sheet and committed to doing many things before the launch of our crowdfunding campaign. I agreed to pay him $2250 for the campaign to begin with and the remaining would be paid after we raised the funds.

As soon as he recieved the money, he would reply to emails after delays and throughout the entire campaign building process, he would commit to doing everything INCLUDED in the term sheet and never get it done on time. In addition, it was very difficult to get a hold of him on skype,I had to call another number on his site and his sister answered.  She got him to call me back and he would reply to emails at his convenience. I had to email over and over again just to get him to return my calls. I finally had to cancel the campaign and fire him because he had set it up all wrong, did not do the publicity he promised, and he had caused me all kinds of damage. 

 It was nothing but problem and broken promise after another with him. He would be busy to take my calls and us being CLIENTS, we would have to wait his time to call him as he claimed he was very "busy." Awesome customer service. Finally, on the launch day, he did some big messups by not sending the PR or following up with journalists. In addition, he made a horrible campaign and did not complete half our term sheet. Our campaign turned out to be a flop and horrible experience because of him. 

The 2250$ has gone down the drain and he wasted our money. Do NOT trust or use this man for any consulting project, you will lose your money!
