We acquired Noxter to create a B2B online store with custom features in late September 2013 with a deadline of the mid-November, 2013. They totally missed the deadline. We were forced to go to market without a site to show our customers. Very disappointing.

From that point on, it seemed like they would only complete certain portions of the site whenever waiting got to the point of ridiculousness. They did just enough work to justify not canceling the order. Confident that our website would, without a doubt, be finished in 6 months (In time for our June Market), we proceeded to have them finish it.

Big mistake.

They were not able to have the site done by June, 2014. Once again, we were forced to go to our industry Market, without a website.

They continued to work on the site at a snails pace. By Mid-July, it looked like the site was about 90% finished. It looked absolutely certain that it would be ready by December's Market.

Wrong. Again.

As of August 5th, 2014, they call me to confirm my frustrations with the site and their performance and tell me to find somebody else to finish it. In the end, we have a site that wasn't created properly, a database that looks like it was put together by monkeys, and no shopping cart connectivity.

It was very exhausting to deal with their programmer Michael. A sharp witted, analytical, cold robot of a human. Has no concept of basic human interactions. Zero empathy and at 6 months behind schedule, feels no need to be apologetic. (Actually, when I asked him about what he thought about being 6+ months late on finishing the site,his quote was "I don't feel an apology is in order.")

Going back to the start of this whole ordeal. Chris Toomey. Over promised. Didn't deliver. I've dealt with salesmen in my day, but Chris is the epitome of the classic, stereotypical grease ball salesman that you see in movies. He makes everything sound good.
