This company is running a Bait and Switch scheme.

The owner has no shortage of people accusing him of ripping them off. He ripped me off good

Here is what he does.

1. Lets say you want him to build you a C-12 Engine.

2. The owner says he can get in done in ten days ( NOT !!!

3. He takes your money . Goes out and buys an old C-10 Engine Block, Powerwashes it. Paints it. Puts used parts in it. Gives it to you and it doesn't even work.

4. The he ducks your phone calls and denies everything.

5. He screwed my company good this way.

6. Cost my company 100 k in expenses for his little scam.

7. RUN FROM HIM.

People everything you read is true. Steve spencer owner of national diesel engine is a con artist and will steal your money. He has done this to many and I mean many people. National Diesel Engine is a scam, he's being sued by everyone so now he's changed his name to Superior Reman as well as Midwest engine so he can keep the scam going.  If you are lucky enough to even get a engine back it will Bea used one that is painted to look new.  He never comes to the phone so here is his cell number that I found. 810-516-6855

Claims of "Bait and Switch"

Unsure who this is.. Claims we sold a C10 Cat engine to them, but does not leave name. If there was any issue with the engine and it was not overheated or run dry of oil then a Warranty claim could be filed.. I have checked with our office and we have no such claims from anyone with a C10 cat engine. Again, if there was any issue with our product I would think the professional thing to do would be contact us directly instead of resorting to these such tactics. Makes me wonder if this was ever a customer of ours in the first place.
