Hey all,

The reason I'm posting this is because two months ago, I broke off a scam deal at the very last minute and two weeks ago I barely managed to stop a friend of mine from getting scammed into purchasing the very same fake-business.

This 'Money Recovery Business in a Box' by Frank Kaslik is a 'product' that I was hoping to buy was so promising that I may have inadvertedly advertised it to my friend via word-of-mouth.
Essentially, it claims to sell a working business model in the Unclaimed Money Recovery field (A working, lucrative and home-baseable business that I have since dabbled in succesfully without Kaslik's MRBIB), in a box. How charming is that!? Pay some cash (or a lot of cash) and get a working business hand taylored to your needs!!! It's just like the other Recovery Businesses on the online market, except of course, Kaslik's is way more expensive (which ironically is what initially attracted me), and his model is a complete rip-off.

How did I realize it was a scam? It started when my 'honeymoon buyer' period wore off and I began to ask serious questions like 'Is this business model up to date?' or 'Will you sign a contract drawn up by my lawyer to guarantee refund should it be reasonably justified?' (Keep in mind, we're talking about a product being sold for $20,000!!!! Not a trip to the local shopping centre).

And because I tried to cover myself in those simple ways, the conversations grew nastier and nastier until I grew suspicious enough to do some investigating. After some asking around, I discovered they after-purchase customer service is terrible, their refund policy is non-existent in practice and several other customers have left reviews suggesting that Frank Kaslik, the owner of the company, is in fact a scam artist who has moved here from the UK after being forced to burn his assets, to cut and run as it were.

I'm not going to bother with that worrying information however, I will say this much; I was going to leave it as a lucky escape until a very like minded friend of mine let slip she was about to purchase this product. At that point, I realized that I'd better share an interesting piece of information that I personally found as quite enough to convince others to stay the hell away from this business (again...it may not be enough to dissuade someone from buying a thirty dollar pamphlet, but it sure as hell should be enough to convince you not to place $20,000 of your hard earned cash in the hands of Frank Kaslik; Scam Artist.)

While I was still hot to buy his bogus product, the thing that REALLY turned me away was a little piece of evidence that proved Frank Kaslik has NO IDEA about the business he is trying to sell you!

This is something I found on the Money Recovery Business in a Box website and I will attempt to attach pictures for those of you who (like me) have terrible internet and have to wait ages for online flash videos to load.
If you go to the navigation of the mrbib.com.au homepage, you will see a tab that is labeled 'Free Report'. Click on 'Free Report' (hilarious considering it IS freely accessibly on the internet, despite the website's claims that it normally sells at $499.) and scroll down until you see two videos side by side.

The left video contains a short spiel about his company, his experience in the field and so forth.

Now, there are numerous flaws with both these videos, as there are on the rest of this website, but one beautifully telling flaw that I would like to draw your attention to the left video for now, at around 1:46.

Throughout Kaslik's website are claims that he has been operating since 2002, but here in this screenshot, it is FRIGHTFULLY easy to see that Kaslik has actually either owned or bought an umbrella company called Blue Sky Electronics pty ltd since 2002. For the unitiated, Recovery has very little to do with Electronics and Blue Sky Electronics itself has had...very little to do with Electronics since it's founding. *shakes head*.

Ultimately, I'd like to draw attention to the fact that his forays into this Money Recovery in a Box business only began in:
May 2015!!!
That I might be able to pass on as sloppy organization, but then right above it is his Australian Claims Centre...the actual Recovery business this guy ran before allegedly deciding to sell the 'how to' in a box. When was this business registered?
June 2015!!!

His sales pitch is "I've been doing recovery for over a decade, and would like to share my business secrets with you".
While in fact, he's been doing recovery for under a year, and decided to share his business secrets a month before he actually did any Recovery work!!!!
Suddenly the angry customers claiming Frank Kaslik is a scam artist are sounding a lot less irrational and a lot more justifiably frustrated. Not only is this liar saying he was operational since 2002, when in fact he's only been registered in THIS field since 2015, but he also didn't even have his OWN Recovery business until AFTER he registered his 'Money Recovery Business in a Box' get rich quick scheme.

In Summary:He's trying to convince people to give him thousands of $$$ for a product claiming to teach them something he's never actually done.

Honestly, my only advice is to STAY AWAY from this, because everything about it screams of shady, wham-bam-thankyou mam style business antics.

To paraphrase a favourite tv show of mine: Once he has your money, you'll never get it back.

Answer to Frank Kaslick

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, February 24, 2016

This is in answer to Frank Kaslik's opening paragraphs.
- I have only ever posted this review on Money Recovery Business in a Box on multiple websites. Other complaints must be from other unsatisfied customers.
- I have no desire to waste any more of my time on the money grabbing scheme you call a business. Nothing I tell you over the phone will resolve your dishonest antics.
- If you honestly believe that I am responsible for ALL complaints against your business, then there is no helping you. Bad Press ought to be seen as constructive criticism for your future endeavours, not a country-wide conspiracy targeting you.

Now, I don't normally allow myself to be baited into these sort of fruitless discussions, but I'm going to have to set the record straight.
1. Being in Business for 30 Years in 'Various Industries' is in no way relevant to the Money Recovery Business in a Box scheme that you have been involved in for less than a year (according to ASIC, ABN:47099729709). Sweeping statements like that are designed to confuse buyers into thinking you are referring to the business you are trying to SELL them.  Before you reply, no, what you're doing technically isn't illegal.
Before you protest, YES, it is somewhat immoral.

2. For goodness' sake Frank, it's a figure of speech; A honeymoon period is a time in which things seem more optimistic than they really are. The mind is flooded with adrenaline and endorphins, giving someone very little motivation to process the nitty gritty details that might bring all that happy blissful ignorance to a grinding halt.

In summary: I was happy to buy until my excitement wore off and I started to ask questions. I've read dozens of angry complaints (thank you for pointing them out to me) now and while some of them are just hate filled warnings against your character, others have alerted me to many interesting things like your past as a Property Guru and your penchant for hiring actors from fiverr.com for your 'testimonials'.
Link: (((REDACTED)))
Classic Kaslik.
P.S: On the above topic, paying actors to portray the 'feelings' of your happy clients is not a surefire way to convince buyers to purchase your product. If I buy a $20,000 product and it actually works, then I'll find the time to say 'thank you, this is good stuff' on video, especially in the age of video conference, skype, webcam and more. The fact that you can't get customers to choke out a 'thank you' in front of a camera and press 'send' is telling. Perhaps maybe...just maybe...they don't have anthing good to say? Note: I have only ever seen negative reviews of your business practices.
P.P.S: Also regarding the above, What does your marriage have to do with MRBIB?

3. Ok Frank, let's be frank. If the MRBIB model is up-to-date, then why are people complaining that it isn't? Is everyone wrong, or did you think you could just flood google's SEO programming and make their opinions go away?

4. It sounds like a lot doesn't it? Then again, your refund policy is so convuluted and requires jumping through so many holes that you would almost think we weren't talking about a $20,000 product (enough to put another Honda Civic in my garage).

5. You go from answering me, to denying I exist, from trying to sell me, to claiming we never spoke. Let me know when the voices stop.

6. You yourself pointed out how many negative reviews you have online. Dozens of clients unhappy with your services. Ever heard of a personal message?
Note: *sarcastic* while I am hurt they didn't mention me...I can honestly understand why they wouldn't. Perhaps they didn't want you to know they were busy trying to leap through all the rabbit holes of your refund policy so they could get their money back. Perhaps they just didn't want you to know they'd been bitching about you.

7. Back to refunds; What's the point of discussing this further? You say it's reasonable on paper, I say it's d**n near impossible in practice. Why don't we leave it to the customer to decide, except...maybe shine a little light on just how difficult it is to make the refund stick when it comes to MRBIB.
There is a certain line that upon crossing, converts a guarantee into a false promise.

8. On the topic of your burned assets, the bogus property business you owned before switching to the Money Recovery Business in a Box scheme came up a few times when messaging some of your disgruntled customers, so I think I'll keep that one.

9. 'I never suggested that I have been running this MRBIB business since then.'
Suggest, imply, sweeping statements, grandiose claims, again; please see point 1.
What you're doing isn't illegal; it's unethical and it is harmful to the customer. Clarify what you mean or don't be surprised when customers get angry after realizing how misleading your statements are, especially regarding a product as costly as MRBIB.
Again: What does your divorce have to do with Money Recovery in a Box? Do want my congratulations or my condolences? How is this relevant to allegations that you have been scamming your customers out of their hard earned cash with a bogus product? Is your ex-wife involved in this business, is she trying to bring it down over your head, or are you just trying to garner sympathy?
I'll tell you this much; sympathy goes a long way, but it sure as hell doesn't go enough to convincing a reasonable person to give you $20,000 without question.
P.S: For future reference, I don't really care for your family dynamic, it's irrelevant to the topic of discussion (However, if you feel like sharing this gripping tale of love, betrayal and family feuding, then PLEASE: sell the script to Hollywood...an original one please..and make some legitimate $$$ for a change. I'll watch it.).

10. I don't even know what to respond to this one. 'She' as in your ex-wife? Mind = Blown. Honestly...I don't know if its genius narrative or delusional manifestation, but I do know that you should probably put it in the aforementioned tv script.

11. You never ran it? But you owned and directed it. You might have sold it, but screenshots tell a different story. Either way, here is a link to your current ABR page.
http://abr.business.gov.au/SearchByAbn.aspx?abn=47099729709

It's telling that you have no record of owning a Recovery Business from the time period before you purchased Money Recovery in a Box. Again, regardless of your claims, the numbers don't add up; How can you decide to sell the MRBIB;(a 'How-to-do-Recovery' guide) before you actually did any Recovery!????
Note: My point is NOT to disprove that you began doing Claims Recovery 'related' work in 2014 (according to you, again, ABR  tells a different story, but who trusts the Australian Business Register, right!??? *Sarcastic sigh*). My point IS to disprove that you have not done any RECOVERY WORK prior to the date that you decided to sell a guide promising to teach customers how to, wait for it: HOW TO DO recovery work. This is what this is about isn't it Mr Kaslik?
You are trying to hand-wave the fact that you have no experience and are trying to pass yourself off as an expert capable of teaching me how to succeed in a business you yourself never operated.
P.S: Ex-Wife, Lost-House, Failed-Marriage, Irrelevant-Narrative; Put it in the script.

12. Oh sure, you never said it, but you heavily implied it. It's a criminal caught in the act telling the police that; 'Hypothetically, I could have commited that crime...but that's just hypothetical. Grandiose claims and sweeping statements clearly designed to have a certain reassuring effect on your target mark do not help your case. Keep in mind that you are right now arguing that you have not been involved in the Recovery Business long enough to be considered an expert in the Recovery Business, a very important point that must be highlighted when taken in the context of you trying to sell the Money Recovery Business in a Box from any position of real authority on the subject.

13. Here I'm seeing some similarities with the hypothetical criminal confession I alluded to in the previous point. Are you seriously asking how I would know that you have angry customers? Those customers, like myself, are posting their opinions online for the express person of LETTING PEOPLE KNOW about you and your faux MRBIB business model.

14. You probably think you know exactly what you need to know to rip-off your customers and convince us that the Money Recovery Business in a Box is worth $20,000 of our hard earned cash, when it is in fact written by someone who decided the sell the Box before he knew a d**n thing about the Business.

15. What is the ABN of this Recovery Company that you allegedly operated in 2013?  I didn't see it on the ABR link back in point 11.

In summary, I cannot believe you would contact numerous companies in India to have your bad-press removed (Because I'm having trouble believing that THEY approached you), nor can I believe that a freedom loving website such as this one would offer to make a truthful and (compared to others online) well presented review of your business practices, magically transform into a false review spun as a positive piece. Is the CEO of this website going to send a special ops team to my home and tell me to lie about you at gunpoint? Order me to ignore dozens of angry complaints, my own personal experiences, my friend's experiences and your own startling admissions, just because you gave them a few dollars and a 'pretty please?'. I think not.

Get a reality check Frank. Bad-Service breeds Bad-Press. How you react to it is what defines you as a legitimate businessman, or as a scam artist who shamelessly attempts to garner sympathy, repeatedly uses misleading language and makes countless false claims regarding their business qualifications, customer satisfaction and business history. Consider yourself exposed for what you are.
Citizens of the Internet; Keep your cash away from Frank Kaslik and mrbib.com.au.

THIS IS A HOAX REPORT

AUTHOR: MRBIB - (Australia)

POSTED: Wednesday, February 24, 2016

Hi, my name is Frank Kaslik and I own M.R.B.I.B. Feel free to contact me on 1300 858850 anytime to discuss what is written here.

The first thing I should mention is that I have never been in contact with Phillip the Kelpie lover who apparently dabbles and my business is NOT in the USA, it's here in Newcastle Australia. Phillip, feel free to give me a call, it's toll free and I'd like to know who you really are.

Over the last 5 days there have been around a dozen HOAX complaints similar to this one and I'm guessing that they have been put there by a jealous opposition business. Perhaps she should consider focusing on her own business instead of propagating defamatory statements as she has done here....

Is any of what they are saying true? Yes it is.... This is a very promising product and business model.

So, what's NOT true or what is the real story here?

1. My model is NOT a rip off. I've been in business for over 30 years in various industries and I recently (2013) developed a successful way to help people claim their refunds. This is fact.

2. I DO NOT have a 'honey moon period' listed anywhere on my site and have no idea what that means.

3. Yes, the business model is up to date. I only started selling them mid last year.

4. A Contract just to itemise the refund...really? The refund policy is located in several places on the website and it's also provided to each client in writing at the time of purchase, but if you insist on paying a solicitor for this, I'm OK with it.

5. Conversations NEVER took place with this person and I know EVERYONE that I discuss this business with because I record their name, phone number and email so that I can follow up. Remember, I've been in business for over 30 years so I know how to process enquiries.

6. He discovered "after sales service" is terrible? That could only happen if he was in contact with my clients and I talk to all of my clients a lot. They've never mentioned this guy.

7. Refund policy is as stated and it gives people an opportunity to really get into it without being rushed. It's a lot better than the 30 days that others are offering when you consider that there is NO CHANCE of successfully finalising a claim in less than 8 weeks! This means it's impossible to solve a claim in 30 days...FACT.

8. I'm from the U.K? Hahaha sorry but this is a beauty. If you're reading this because you're thinking about purchasing one of my packages, let me know and I'll show you my birth certificate. Born and bred in Sydney and moved to Newcastle (Australia not England) in 1988.

9. Burn my UK assets? OK, this is getting ridiculous now. Did they Google this rubbish?

10. Re the videos, it's true. Bluesky Electronics has been operating since 2002. I never suggested that I had been running this MRBIB business since then. I clearly state on ALL of my advertising that I started our business in 2013 and by 2014 our marriage had collapsed. We had great success with this system so I decided to put it together in a package where other people could repeat our success, thats fair enough isnt it?

As I explain in all of my information, I started selling this system in 2015, after our marriage collapsed in 2014.

10. I have to say that she has gone to great lengths to discredit me with lies and fictitious events.

11. I never ran Australian Claims Centre, just another lie but yes, I did start selling the packages from 2015. I lost my house and my wife as a result of my failure to keep our marriage together and it took me a while to start thinking straight again.

12. I've never said I've been in this business for over a decade...ever! Just another fabrication.

13. There aren't any angry customers but lets say for a minute that there were. How the hell would he/she possibly know about it? Really? Remember this is a guy who claims to have spoken to me and now says he knows everything about this business...my business.

14. Actually Phil, I did have my own recovery business. I list the business in EVERY bit of marketing I do and in my videos.

15. Oh Phil, really. My videos clearly show that I know what I'm doing and I also happily show the successful claims we had while we were operating our Money Recovery Business in 2013/14.

In my summary, I can't believe that this site located in the United States actually accepts claims like these without actually checking the facts BEFORE they display this sort of stuff.

I'd also like to mention that since all these complaints have been appearing, I've been contact my numerous companies in India asking if I'd like them removed...at a price of course.

Even this site says if I pay them money, they'll make this fabrication go from a negative to a positive.

Anyway, I have a fair idea who's instigating all of this and she's clearly scared of my success. The reason shes listed on here is because it can't easily be removed.

You shouldn't be frightened off by this. I'm just a normal business man in Newcastle trying to make a living by sharing a system that works. My phone number is at the top, call me anytime.

Warmest Regards,

Frank

PS. When I was replying to this, the form asked me to select which U.S state I was from...see what I mean?
