Marc Harty Took my Money But Did Not Deliver Anything! Refuses to Refund Money Dallas, Texas

I ordered Option 3 in Marc Harty's Press Release distribution plan.  It included a multiple press releases, distribution, reports plus a new story line.  I planned to send a check via online bill pay but Marc Harty encouraged us to meet him on a holiday to pay him so he could "get started right away".

His marketing plan says the project will be completed in 10 days. 

Here is is almost 3 months later and the only thing I have to show for my investment are several hours of wasted Skype interviews and stupid questionnaires asking which movie character I associate with the most.  ( what does that have to do with writing a press release?)

After 2 months, it became apparent that Marc Harty has no intention of delivering what I ordered and he just wanted to steal my money.  He refused to give me a refund but offered to throw in some extra press releases instead. Since he has not even delivered the initial order, the chances of him delievering more are slim to nothing. 

I've known Marc for 7-8 years and really thought he was an honest person.  It is discouraging to know that he is just a thief. 

It's strange that he has a course about how to write press releases in 30 minutes but can't even deliver one press release after almost 3 months.
