Lori Pelzer's "Babylonian" empire has fallen! Columbia Internet

On July 3, 2014, I, Glen K. LaConey, was arrested on the charge of Harassment 1st Degree, based on a false police report filed by the infamous Lori Pelzer. Pelzer is a money hungry, narcissistic, self-proclaimed motivational speaker who bilks money out of lonely women with low self-esteem through her lame "Be Inspired" seminars.

Pelzer's false complaint against me was a desperate attempt to thwart my efforts in collecting several court judgments against Pelzer and her now defunct and busted real estate company, Home Assist Real Estate, LLC. (Pelzer's real estate license was suspended for failing to report the numerous lawsuits and court judgments filed against her on her license application for several years.

A copy of the suspension notice may be obtained from the South Department of Labor Licensing, Real Estate Commission website.) After my false arrest, I was initially held without bond for 3 months, based on Pelzer's false complaint that I stalked her outside her home on several occasions, always while she was making love to her husband, Melvin K. Pelzer.

She never called the police to report the alleged incidents, nor did she provide photographic evidence. Eventually, I was released on bond, only to have my bond revoked on July 21, 2016, based on additional false reports by Pelzer.

I remained in jail without bond for 27 months, during which time the Richland County Circuit Court denied me a speedy jury trial before finally dismissing the charge and releasing me on October 22, 2018. I lost my job and all of my earthly possessions based on Pelzer's lie!

It's official! The "Be Inspired" motivational con artist, Lori Pelzer, reveals the extent of her fraud! The "Beauty Queen of Fraud" recently posted the following on ripoffreport.com:
"This man [Glen K. LaConey] has stalked me and harassed me for over 3 years!!!! I have had many days where I felt unsafe and angry that this was happening to me! I have among other things experienced detriment to my business character through his convincing made up stories about me distorting all the truth regarding a court matter my great aunt pursued against my brother and my previous company which I sold to a larger Realestate Brand in 2004 HomeAssist Realestate. The matter in which I was asked to appear in court was dismissed because of sever reasons but one in that my name was never attached to that matter.
I was merely representing my company in a court proceeding and there he was this guy ... I had never seen him nor knew of him and couldn't understand why I was even in court in the first place!"
Problem: Miss "Be Inspired" claims that I've been stalking and harassing her since the year 2005. Why didn't Lori Pelzer sue me, get a restraining order and have me arrested sooner? Miss "Be Inspired" also claims that her great aunt [Lynn G. Yacoubian] pursued a court matter against her brother Xavier Troy Smith (see xaviertroysmith.blogspot.com) and her defunct company, Home Assist Real Estate, LLC. [Yacoubian sued them both for conversion and breach of trust.] Miss "Be Inspired" also claims that she appeared in the matter to represent Home Assist "and there he was this guy ... I had never seen him nor knew of him and couldn't understand why I was even in court in the first place!" Why did Lori Pelzer appear for a court proceeding she didn't understand the purpose for? She would have been represented by an attorney because only an attorney can legally represent a limited liability company (LLC). Reasonably, her counsel would have advised her about the matter. And, why wouldn't the court expel me from the proceeding for lack of standing to be present? And, if Pelzer wasn't served with legal papers, how would she know to appear in court? Lori Pelzer is so STUPID! Miss "Be Inspired" claims she "sold" Home Assist in 2004. The problem is Home Assist Real Estate, LLC had several unpaid court judgments filed against it when it was illegally dissolved by Lori Pelzer. During my judgment collection proceedings against Home Assist in 2005, Pelzer advised her "paramour" Master in Equity Judge, Joseph M. Strickland, that due to financial distress, Home Assist had "closed" and; thus, was unable to pay its creditors. And, why did Lori Pelzer's great-aunt sue Pelzer and her brother, Xavier Troy Smith, a former inmate at the South Carolina Department of Corrections, for conversion and breach of trust? According to Lori Pelzer, she wasn't even served with notice of the lawsuit and had no knowledge of it or of the judgment rendered in the matter. I am Glen K. LaConey. It is common knowledge on the internet that an infamous con artist named Lori Pelzer ("The Beauty Queen of Fraud") has been defrauding people, including her own aunt, for years! On July 3, 2014, I was arrested for allegedly harassing the "Queen". According to the arrest warrant, Lori Pelzer's "paramour", Richland County, South Carolina, Master in Equity Judge, Joseph M. Strickland, warned me to leave Lori Pelzer alone; however, I allegedly proceeded to send her a threatening text message. The truth is, Judge Strickland has been permanently disqualified from presiding over any cases I am involved in, due to Strickland's improper relationship with Pelzer. Therefore, Strickland lost any authority to issue any orders affecting me. Initially, I was denied bond based on Pelzer's claims that I've been threatening to kill her and her family since 2005. During my bond reduction hearing, Pelzer appeared and tried to convince Circuit Court Judge Clifton Newman of the alleged protracted threats and harassment. Pelzer said she didn't know who I was and had never met me before; and that she couldn't imagine why I was so "fixated" on her. Then the "genius" of fraud slipped and said she sees me everywhere she goes, including at the main branch of the public library. How could Pelzer recognize me, if she had never seen me before? At that point Judge Newman requested to see the alleged evidence of the threats. To date, neither Lori Pelzer, nor the state have presented any evidence of the alleged threats, nor the alleged warning from Judge Strickland that I leave Pelzer alone. I am HAPPY & finally have a sense of safety now that Glenn K LaConey has finally been ARRESTED on charges pertaining to me and the many false, made up court look a like documents along with my pictures and slanderous threatening statements he has made all across the internet since 2011.

He goes about buying court matters to collect on unpaid judgements for persons who couldn't collect but what these persons don't know is he's dangerous!!!!!! In this matter bought before the court It was all disposed of in court on my behalf and later I found myself a victim of this guy ... My day has come he is Jailed on charges of 1st Degree Harassment to me. Also has several other charges for harassment to a public official and other charges . PLEASE do not believe these made up statements they are not valid he made them up and created a story that's convincing about my professional & private life through public postings articles magazines he could find etc! I am Lori Pelzer the past CEO of Home Assist Realestate and Pelzer Premier Realty,LLC. I will not go into a long drawn out written rebuttal report here because I have done that on other rebuttals affirming these statements are untrue and defaming and that the author that posted them is dangerous.

My sole purpose in placing this information on the internet is ONLY to clear my rebutation that has been damaged by this man whom I only meet 1 time in a court room. He calls himself the HIT MAN and works under the assumption of a company that can get un paid judgments paid for the Person who filed it initially( Refund Plus ). However what this man is a Stalker & Harrasses and prey innocent successful women like me.

I have been through a really tough time seeing these untrue statements, pictures and nasty things about me placed all over the internet for now 3 years. Where I watched helplessly this man harrass me for years Online defaming my business & personal character and to add the scare of him sending hate mail to my home residence , work , church , professional associations and IRS. I have suffered GREATLY...

Just recently a Major break and Blessing came my way when he started harassing my brother who was an officer in my company mentioned above. My brother hired a lawyer like I di years ago and got a judge to draw this legal matter to a close. My brother is an Engineer by trade and a Realestate Professional with a solid track record of doing good business. I and my brother did have a relationship with a Great Aunt who we joined in partnership in 2001 BUT these are not the facts. This man called HIT MAN distorted the facts and used a judgment filed on behalf of my GreatAunt for 26,000. to harrass and stalk me for years. Ive been scared and concerned for my safety as he has even texted me on occasions. I went to the police but this time I won my sanity back!

The facts are in and I have attached documents for all the world to see. WHY? Because all the world has send the untruth defaming statements without proof of the dangerous person behind it.

• Judgment mentioned was set aside and dismissed ina court of law 2014
• Glenn Laconey was cited for the unauthorized practice of Law  more than once this was another citation
• Lori Pelzer & Xavier Smith were not served this judgment in 2001-2003
• Lori Pelzer was granted a Harrasment 1st Degree charge filed against Glenn LaConey and he is now in Jail without bail awaiting a trial for hararrsing Lori Pelzer
• Glenn LaConey is also jailed for Threats made against a Public Offcial Bail denied
• Glenn Laconey has additional harrassment charges in 2nd degree filed
