After going to Lipozenes website it directs you to call a number to order. What you don't know is that this number is going to bombard you with many other product offers. When you finally get through all that and get to what you wanted to order the advertisement says free shipping but that takes 3-5 weeks to receive so for 9 dollars you can get rush and supposed to arrive in 3-5 days in fact it takes nearly 2 weeks to receive. Another thing they don't make clear is that the deal of the free bottle comes with enrollment in autoship. I found this out because they charged my debit card fir almost 62 less than 2 weeks after initial order. I hadn't even received the first 2 bottles to know if I even liked the product. I only ordered it because I figured if I didn't like it then ok 40 wasted not such a big deal but now I am in for 100 dollars and have yet to receive anything. I went online to get a contact us number and the number it gave me was actually a customer service number to a different company ( one if the numerous other offers it bombarded you with when you initially call to order.) The lady on the phone was nice and very apologetic but she did not work with lipozene however she did give me the correct number. When I called they practically called me a liar by telling me I had to have received it and that I had to know it was autoship. They said that the autoship "for some strange reason" shipped too early. I believe that they do this to every one hoping you just won't complain. They act as if because they gave you this free bottle of lipozene and a free bottle of metaboup that you should be grateful and not complain. After talking to a supervisor and threatening to call my local news the BBB and whoever else would listen they finally offered to refund the autoship money but only after I receive it and ship it back to them at my cost of course and after they receive it then and only then would they refund my money and that would take an additional 5-10 business days. When I complained about that they told me well maybe you can contact your financial institute and maybe they could do something I told them why would my bank do anything it's not their mistake it's yours and the only thing they are gonna say is if I pay 40 dollars I can put a stop payment on it so now my 60 dollars is only 20 I don't think so this company should be held accountable they are scamming people and we are outraged I am still considering contacting my local news they have a segment on companies ripping people off
