I find this site valuable it it's ability to help consumers stay away from companies or individuals who scam people, the challenge is that those exact scammers can also use the site to do just exactly that!  

If someone is proved to be using this site to con others they should be banned and the extortion posts should be removed without charge.

Scott Labell is a scam artist and well known in the seminar education industry as such.  He tried using this site to extort money out of me though posting lies about me.

The only way to remove the false comments is to pay...  Who's being conned now?

I had never even met Scott Labell, done business with him or known whom he was when we first contacted me trying to extort monies from me.

This is Lindsey.  I take great pride in my business and helping others.  I am a real estate investor who started out as a licensed agent, became a broker who has been involved with giving back to my community for years.  I started teaching my unique investment strategies to help individuals wanting to get started and don't have much experience or money.

Scott Labell first tried to extort $1,200 from me in June 2012.  I told him he couldn't con money out of me; he then said he would take $500 and if I didn't pay him that I'd be sorry.  The threats and harassment increased; during the late evening of August 8th 2012, Scott sent/left 23 threatening texts and voicemails on my personal cell phone.  I hired an attorney an he was issued a Cease and Desist on August 9th 2012.

I have been able to build a successful business at a your age because of my honesty and integrity.  I care about the people I work with and go out of my way to help them.  I believe in under promising and over delivering.

I started helping people in real estate because I know what it was like to be broke.  I knew how it felt when everyone else seemed to be making money easily.  Many great people helped my and I'm now able to help others.  It's incredibly rewarding helping someone who can't do anything for me except appreciate my generosity.
