Paid High price to get (1) AKC GSD, "top pick" "reviewed by 3 nationally known Schutzhund trainers to be best able to compete in schutzhund and later breeding.  After paid, told that pup had already been sold to "pet" home "because my last payment was late", that the only pup left from that specific litter was of only "pet quality" so if I wanted to obtain this "top pick" now, I would need to pay an additional $500 dollars. 

Paid additional cost.  Received pup that was found shortly after receiving to have a serious neurological compramise creating life altering symptoms, assisted living and eventual early death. 2 DVM here related possible cause would be infection of mother during pregnancy with coccidiosis. That pup had been sent 1 week late due to reported coccidiosis infection of all pups by Dr himself. Posted video of this pup on line, and was contacted by Dr that if I removed this video, he would send me a replacement pup.

Agreed and replacement pup to be sent, however to get this same quality of pup I orginally purchased, I would need to pay and additional $1,000.  Which I did. No videos or pics of either pup prior sending. Pup#2 also delayed shipment due to requirement of his Vet there related to outbreak Canine influenza (reported to me by Dr as pups flight arrangements had to be changed). This pup also reviewed by 2 national level sch trainers as top pick for sch and later breeding as well.  Recieved pup with severely fractured maxilla (top jaw), took to vet just 2 hours after receiving pup from airport (went there before even going home). This other vet noted deformity of jaw, was not an acute situation so vet not sure exact cause, but noted gross irregularity of the muzzle (looked like bull terrier) as well as bedsores, loss of hair, dry flakey skin AND positive for giardia. That DVM related overall assessment of dog health as "needing improvement". Returned to breeder, who had "special vet" check the xrays.  Xrays showed old fracture of Maxilla, occuring between 2 months of age and 4 months of age.  I receieved pup at 3 mon age.  So at 3 months this second pup was received with a "healed untreated" fractured jaw !!!

This also translates to the jaw fracture occuring between 8 to 12 weeks age.  Just at the same time Breeder stated the "national level" dog trainers had completed their "tests" on this specific pup and determined it to be sutiable for Sch/breeding and requiring the additional $1,000 dollars to get this "top" quality pup I had already paid orginally.   Dr's response "your horses did it" (interesting since the pup hadnt even been to my home yet) and since it was not congenital" he would not refund my money or send another dog". 

He has threatened me on many occasions with lawsuits for slander (if I even related this information to anyone), fraud (for saying the dogs were as the 5 separate DVM here diagnosed) and harassment (if I emailed him again with any further attempts at trying to have the return of the purchase price or a replacement pup. Direct Quote: "I can assure you that I have a lot more money to spend on this to remediate your condescendence then you have to spend" so he would "win" any lawsuit based soley on the amount of money that needed to be spent to continue case as opposed to the actual facts.

End of story = He has the money, I have no "top" quality pup from the "best black german shepherd" breeder, I do have all the extra exenses for the vet care of the two dogs he sent me, along with all the shipping costs. Not to mention the experience of being called ignorant, insane and other such colorful terms numerous times over and over during this 14 months of attempting to get the dog he advertised and told me he would send to me. That's right this orginal purchase started in December 2012. 

Other Concerns: *He told me his kennel is USDA inspected AND the Vet examing pups USDA creditialed so how was it that I received the pups I have. *He ships pups internationally with same Vet inspecting pups.  *He had sent a just 3 month old puppy that had a untreated severely fractured maxilla (due to trauma) and there are no charges? *How many other pups have been sent with compromises, as it seems highly doubtful with the over 500 puppies he says he produces I just "happen" to get these two very severaly compromised pups.
