media outreach,

securing and facilitating PR coverage

Local SEO for our website

To which, Only one the media kit (which 4 PR reps and companies deemed a "brainstorm session" not a media kit) was received.

We paid our $1850 payment

ONLY TO SEE NOTHING OTHER THEN A MEDIA KIT THAT WAS DEEMED BY OTHER MARKETING/PR PROFESSIONALS AS A BRAIN STORMING SESSION. We received no SEO and have spoken with local media sources that say they have never heard from a PR specialist on our behalf.

When brought to the attention of Jennifer W, She agreed to rectify the situation as we seemed to be able to come to an understanding as to the work needed to be performed on this agreement. the final straw came when she told us that our site wasn't up to par and we needed to pay another $600 to bring it up to her standards. After telling her that we haven't received the original agreed upon deliverable and we will not be putting more money into other items until we receive the services we agreed upon, she stopped communicating with us. We have yet to receive an email back from her asking for the contacts she promised to local media outlets within our niche market.
