This is the company Verizon Wireless uses to insure cell phones. I have been paying for insurance for some time now and this is the first time I have made a claim.

I have been waiting for over three months for the promised check. I have called several times to check on the status and have been told at least three times that someone would call back within 48 hours but I have yet to receive a return call. I was told the check would be sent right away.

After reading the other complaints about this company, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau if I do not receive my check in the next couple weeks.
