My husband and I have been members of this cult for many years, and it has utterly destroyed our lives. We thought they could help us on the financial side, so we bought an AR. Today, we are in foreclosure. We thought they could help us emotionally, so we participated in QE. Today, virtually all our friends, family, children and church members have turned their backs on us. The only time our consultant would call us is when she wanted to play an actor with fake excitement so we would buy something. After we bought an AR, the calls stopped.

It wasn't until recently when we began talking to other members that many of them have walked away, or have had their lives ruined by participating in Freedom Club Usa. It only made matters worse when we found out the directors are making so much money that they could afford to put a down payment on new homes. Thats how good the money is.

We didn't want to believe it was a scam because we were told (like many of you) that its only a "few former members who have been dismissed from the club" making thing up and starting rumours. We later found out this too, was a lie.
And heres the icing on the cake. I was introduced to a member a few weeks ago, who we'll call Mr. X. Mr. X broke my heart when he shared a story of how he uncovered some information from a well known govt financial agency regarding the club, and when Judi found out she told him to keep his mouth shut and don't talk about it! Mr. X obviously found something they don't want you to know. I told my husband the story, and that was the last straw.

Please! They CANNOT help you. You don't want to have your lives ruined like we did.

Choking Hazard

AUTHOR: \_\ -- \_\ -- || -- /_/ -- /_/ - (United States of America)

POSTED: Thursday, January 03, 2013

OP is correct. Freedom Club USA / FCUSA aka Freedom Foundation USA, LLC is an oragnization perpetrating fraud.
The victim or 'mark' is typically an individual experiencing financial difficulty (though not always) and/or is interested in concepts of 'sovereignty' and various mixed New Age belief systems.

Their difficult situations and vulnerability makes them easy targets and psychologically malleable.

FCUSA has former ties to a defunct scam 'CSI

I need your help!! as many of you who see this please share. I am trying to make contact with as many of the members from an organization known as Freedom Club USA. this organization has been taking peoples money for over 7 years with the promise of getting them out of debt by some kind of redemption process for lack of a better term. there is information that these people are NOT telling it's members. I am not a member but have been working with it's management for the last 7 years as well as many of it's members.

up until recently I have kept quite in the hopes that this organization might mean something. NO LONGER WILL I KEEP QUITE. on September 5th I will be conducting a conference call to help folks understand what is going on and what can be done about it. that number is (((phone number redacted))) PIN 641016#. the call will be at 6pm PST. If you have never heard of this "club" and/or are not a member please re-post because you never know who in your friends list might be. I will do a follow-up call on the 19th of September in case folks miss the first one, same # same time. thank you.

Interesting stuff

POSTED: Thursday, May 17, 2012

I would like to see more on Mr. X and this unamed so called Well Known Govt Financial Agency, appears to be as illusive as those that you speak of.

Entering into any program one must go into it with eyes wide open and do the research before engaging.

If all persons did this there would be less to complain about.  Never engage funds that one cannot spend without impacting ones lifestyle as in only spend what one can afford to spend.

I have only spent $300 for the initial membership which I understand will be reimbursed with the settelement from the first AR.  I have recieved as a referrer or ambassador multiple times more than the initial membership fee.  I am not out of any funds, I have multiplied my intial fee.  I suppose if those would utilize what is at hand to their and others benefit there would be less to complain about.

FCUSA

AUTHOR: Jqd - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 13, 2011

ALL OF THE COMMENTS BELOW ARE OF AN OPINIONATED NATURE, AND ARE FOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES ONLY.  NOT TO BE CONSTRUED AS LEGAL ADVICE OR FACTUAL STATEMENTS.  THE READER SHOULD CONDUCT HIS/HER OWN DUE DILIGENCE TO MAKE AN INFORMED DECISION AND VERIFY THE CONTENTS FOR ACCURACY.  AUTHOR IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ERRORS AND OMISSIONS BUT SIMPLY EXERCISING THE RIGHT TO SPEAK FREELY AND EXPRESS OPINIONS.

I guess what amazes me is the people who respond simply parroting what FCUSA says with no documentation to support their statements.  These people do the exact same thing they are accusing others of.  It's hypocrisy of the worst kind.  Though, to date, FCUSA has not provided one iota of evidence or documented proof to a single member (that I'm aware of) that it is an agency or any part of of the U.S. Government or financial system in any way, that is has received any so-called security clearances from any entity inside the financial system, that it is above the banks, that it has done or is in any position as repeatedly claimed,  some members and referrers aggressively repeat what is said on the website or calls as the gospel truth...simply because Tom Lawler or Joanne Medford (or whatever their real names are) say it's so.  I believe it's called being "brain-washed".  If you look at their website carefully, the "thank you for your gifts" is clearly stated.  What that appears to mean is that they view every penny received as a voluntary "gift" from the sender, much like the IRS states in their own documents.  The website is cleverly constructed, and the calls carefully orchestrated, to cover their butts in the event anyone attempts to bring legal action against them.  "Best efforts".  "Gifts"  Even the agreement states they will own the "assets" for any AR process submitted.  Get real, folks.  This is why they've been around for about 7 years and not because they're doing any good.  FCUSA is simply parroting information FREELY available online.  There is a reason Freedom Foundation is an LLC.  They can talk about 'asset protection' because they're protecting their own assets...mainly all the money that comes in from folks deceived by their slick sales pitch...and that's exactly what it is...they use reverse psychology.  And I agree...they probably turned on this so-called red light to create a sense of urgency and regret in the many folks who did not send them funds for the hyped up silver program.  No doubt they will very soon state they've been contacted by so many people needing help and decided to open the bronze program sooner than planned, or some other pitiful excuse to extract more money from unsuspecting victims.

And has anyone EVER thought to ask this question:  if they are in an actual position to get monetary rewards/payments from the financial system for the AR claims, then why not let members submit their AR claims with NO upfront fees, put the claim through their so-called proprietary process, get the alleged funds for the claim, then simply deduct the cost of the AR process from the funds once received and put the difference in the member's account?  Think about it...then many more people could participate, the club would make a substantial amount of money to operate, and it truly would be a WIN WIN WIN for everyone.  Why insist on using psycho-babble on unsuspecting people who are desperate for answers, and compel them to send "money orders" and "cashier's checks" to FCUSA?  Why not allow folks to mail personal checks, and allow time for the checks to clear?  Why not refund ALL those members from the past several years who wanted out.  After all, if FCUSA has a method to extract hundreds of millions, if not billions, of funds from the financial system, do the ethical thing and refund folks!  No, it will never happen because FCUSA is an outfit that has somehow learned all the maneuvers and tricks to cover their assets while its upper echelon live a life of luxury off the sheople who continue to fall for their predatory tactics.  FCUSA is, in my opinion, a financial predator.  Perhaps the Department of Homeland Security needs to look into this so-called club for domestic financial terrorism.  But, again, that's just my humble opinion.

Freedom Club USA

AUTHOR: LeeZ - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, April 05, 2011

I am sorry that this lady feels her life is ruined by this Club.  However, too much is made of them and their power over her.  It sounds as if she has other issues that need priority.

I am a Referrer in the Freedom Club (FCUSA) and have been involved for 1.5 years.  I have also been in this area of study and involved in other similar clubs or enterprises for over a dozen years.  I have talked to other members who have been members for over 6 years.

On an educational level, FCUSA exposes truth regarding the Federal Reserve, the Money barons of europe, our financial system, and banking practices that most people are totally unaware of.  You cannot deny that the system is as they say it is if you will but do some research.  It is all there for us to see.  I have known it for many years.  We just never hear about it from our mainstream resources.

FCUSA is boldly attempting to perfect the Administrative Process under Admiralty Law...a remedy has been in place since 1933 where we could free ourselves from the bondage of the corporate fictions that we unwittinly became when born.  We are chattel to the Fed and the money supply.  As there is no gold to back the currency with the Federal Reserve Notes, the people become the surety.  It is very contrary to our Constitution and this remedy, though very difficult to perfect, is there and claims can be made and substantial penalties received.  They are working in conjunction with the government.  They do not espouse debt elimination.  They promote paying all your bills and taxes with the help of their funding to you from this legal, non judicial process.

I in the past attempted to submit such a process, but was unsuccessful.  It would appear the FCUSA, after over 6 years of work, has found the answers, and is ready to start the Claims process for its members.  I know of others (not in FCUSA) who have done this Remedy and experienced success.  FCUSA is the first company to my knowledge, to be able to put themselves into a position where many many processes could be accomplished for hundreds of people.

All these Rip Off reports from other people focus on the wrong thing.  They are complaining that it has been so long without actual funding and therefore it is a scam.  (FCUSA is about 6.5 years old at this writing).  Many many times they have said funding was close, but then would run into another hurdle.   At this juncture, for $300 you may become a member and partake of the process when they start.  You do not pay any more, unless you opt to do so.  There is no annual renewal fee.  FCUSA will also loan you interim funds to pay for various things so that you are not "out-of-pocket".  This loan is paid for out of the funding that they later send you....there is no note to sign.

After all this time, there have been indeed many unhappy members who expected things to happen sooner especially when being told so many times that the funding was close.  I cannot blame them at all.  There have been many complaints to various levels of government, yet the FCUSA keeps plugging along.  They have a monstrous task, and to be able to sort through the intricate maze of goverrnment regulation without getting discouraged should be praised.  Had they been doing any illegal activity, they would not still exist.  Let's encourage them to press on and find success.

Response from a member of FCUSA

AUTHOR: James D. - (United States of America)

POSTED: Tuesday, August 17, 2010

I express my sorrow and concern for your situation but I have some comments about your report and comments of my own about FCUSA.  One:  You call the club a cult.  Do you have any evidence that supports this claim?  Two: You claim that the club utterly destroyed your lives.  How exactly did the club do this?  Three:  You said you thought the club could help you on the financial side.  Were you promised financial help?  Did you read your contract?  Did you do your due diligence and understand what the club was trying to do and how?  Four:  How do the problems with your family, friends, and church relate to the club?  Did the club somehow force these people to turn their backs on you?

As with most of the baseless claims I have seen on this and other sites it is very obvious to me that people who are struggling and looking for answers will jump into things without doing their research or knowing exactly what they are getting into.  When things don't go as they expect (and their expectations are not reasonable or based upon any type of commitment from the other party) they tend to complain and do so loudly.  Never do they blame themselves for the situation that they are in; they always look for blame elsewhere.  I empathize with your situation as I have been their myself.  But at no time did the club take out a loan in my name and not make the payments and not once has the club offered to help solve my problems, social or financial.

The club could be likened to an IPO doing research into a new area of development like gene therapy for example.  There is a lot of hope and reasons to anticipate success but there are no promises of return on your investment.  Anytime you are doing something that has never been done before, you have no idea what you are in for or what surprises may await you around the next corner.

If I have had a problem with the club it has been in the area of false excitement.  Many times the club has thought that their success was just around the corner only to find the system has yet another hoop for them to figure out how to jump through.  Remember, there is no road map for what they are doing.  This is when I focus on what they are doing and who is doing it.  Despite the distractions, the disappointments, and false starts, the club keeps working.  They continue to work towards their goals and that is why I know they will succeed.  They will not give up.

If this process can be done, it has to be done by working with the system not working against it.  The club works with the system and indeed is a part of that system.  But even that does not guarantee success.  The financial system has been very well hidden.  I have spent years of personal research into finding out what was really going on and have only learned more of the truth from the club.

I can say that I have only benefited from my relationship with FCUSA.  I understood my agreement when I signed it.  I knew this was a best efforts gig with no guarantees.  I did not expect the club to get me out of my personal or financial troubles and I did not blame the club when they did not succeed when I thought they would or they found only another clue when they were hoping for the treasure.  Throughout all they have done exactly as promised.  They continue to try their best to get the job done.  I have benefited from my association with the club and am a better person for it.

Lastly, if the club was indeed doing something illegal or immoral they would have been shut down by now.  The fact remains that every complaint I have ever seen against the club has been someone who had unreasonable expectations because they didn't know what they were getting into and are angry that the club didn't solve the problems that they themselves created.  Not a very fair position.

Again, I'm sorry for the position you find yourself in, but I doubt very much that it is the clubs fault.
